Stayed May 8, 2026This was our 1st time staying at any VRBO/STR so we were a little hesitant. However all our fears went away once we entered this cute spacious apt. Like others before said the AC was on the cool side but that was okay with us. The owner/host (Adam) answered all of my questions super fast, and made everything so easy, not stressful at all!!If we need a place to stay again while up there visiting our family we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025It is a good location and very nice. My only issue is there should be a thermostat in the basement. It is apparently operated from the upstairs unit. I had to request a couple times for the a/c be turned down as it was very cold. That was not convenient.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Very clean and updated basement apartment. It’s stocked with the basics, including a keurig with coffee and hot chocolate. The bed is very comfortable. Full size kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Convenient location for my work and social locations…much appreciated in Eagle Mountain. The host is super responsive and accommodating. Thank you! Some FYI’s that could be helpful when planning your stay:It is in the basement. Access is down a path by the side of the house and a flight of stairs down to the door. It’s a little dark at nighttime, so bring a flashlight if dark lighting is hard for you. Also, it is not a quiet apartment. You can hear the family upstairs very well…every step, every drawer opening and closing, and conversations. They seem to wake up around 6:30-6:45 every day, and it’s pretty hard to sleep through. There is not separate temperature control. There is a space heater and a fan provided. It gets pretty warm in the middle of the night, but I found opening a window was perfect.

Stayed Dec 19, 2024Thel location of our stay couldn't have been better, close proximity to where we were visiting! The apartment was bright, modern, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved that the w/d was available, as well as 2 tv's and plenty of space to spread out. We'd definitely stay here again!
