Spacious and clean 4-bedroom townhome in Urbandale with fitness room, WiFi

This was a great location to gather for a family holiday event in Urbandale. It is a clean, spacious home with a bedroom and living area layout that made everyone very comfortable. Sonya was responsive to our questions and very helpful.

The house was beautiful, very clean. The layout was good, room for all our group. Nice location - close to shopping and restaurants. It snowed while we were there so we had to shovel a couple of times (we brought our own, just in case) when we went out during the day. A company did clear the snow overnight.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage On Holcombe.It was super clean, spacious, quiet, had everything we needed, and was close to all venues we were attending.We would not hesitate to stay at this property again, and highly recommend it!

We selected this property as it was a great mid-point for us as we currently live from the West Coast to the East Coast. Great location, close to amenities. Communication with owner was great - she made sure to send all the needed information before our stay so we could just get to the house and relax. Will definitely be staying here again when we're in the Des Moines area.
