Pool & Spa Heating Information



Pool & spa heat is optional at $35/day + tax



A $20 additional service fee applies if pool heat is requested after arrival, as an extra trip is required to turn it on



Temperature Details



Pool heat is set between 87–90°F

(This is designed to remove the chill, not feel hot to the touch)



Spa temperature is set to 99°F



The spa is part of the pool system and will only heat when pool heat is on



Spa temperatures cannot be increased due to health and safety regulations



Spas are not hot tubs



Important Notes



Pool heating performance may be affected by cold or extreme weather



During winter months (temperatures in the 50s or below), heaters may struggle to maintain temperature



Electric pool heaters have a safety shut-off and will not operate when outdoor temperatures drop below 52°F



This is a safety feature, not a malfunction



We recommend checking the weather forecast before your stay and adjusting pool heat accordingly.
