Outstanding property - very clean, spacious and well stocked. Our group of retired guys really enjoyed our stay at this house for our annual ski weekend in Tahoe. Good communication from the property manager and we had no issue finding the house or entering. There were six of us and we were each able to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The hot tub was a nice amenity. It worked perfectly and was very clean. We especially liked the kitchen area and this turned out to be where we spent most of our time. The kitchen has a huge island with a sink that we could all comfortably sit around for meals and to play cards and dice. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, etc. Great view from the living room and hot tub area, as well as from some of the bedrooms.Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Mountain Views, cozy

The view off the main deck is to die for .. just excellent.The common rooms were ideal - huge open areas with copious seating. The kitchen worked great with lots of counter space and all drawers & cabinets clearly marked as to contents (which was very helpful). The bedrooms exactly fit our group size; the bathrooms ranged from adequate to good, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. It would have been nice to have better instructions on the TV setup in the main living room (requires guests to log into their own streaming services) - we ended up figuring out how to cast from one of our laptops to the Samsung TV monitor in addition to accessing the Netflix and other apps on the TV. The lads used the hot tub and the horseshoes pitch which were quite nice. The garage is a tight fit so anything large is going to have a rough go of it. There's room in the driveway for four vehicles (2x2). If you use the garage you can have 6!There are wonderful trails within an easy jog of the house - these are more hiking / running trails than biking I'd think. My brother and I went for an easy 3-mile run on them which through some awesome forest / meadow.

Check in was a breeze. House was very clean. Location near all the best things tahoe has to offer (Nevada beach, zephyr cove, casinos, grocery store). We cooked a few meals here and the house had everything you need to feel right at home.

Everything was spot on. They even label all the many kitchen cabinets so you don't have to endlessly search. A can't miss property

We enjoyed a great stay at the house, with comfortable rooms for everyone. It was a great place for family fun, as there was seating for everyone inside to gather and also outside on the deck to enjoy the views. We enjoyed the hot tub, as it was sparkling clean, pre-heated, and had gorgeous views. The house was equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas which were perfect for a few beach days and the house was well stocked with supplies for cooking at home. The location is excellent and conveniently located. Just down the hill was a great breakfast spot, within walking distance and we even walked the trail behind the house over to the shops and restaurants at Heavenly. The house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again!

Great location and nice property, but starting to show its age, especially the outdoor deck. Disappointing that there was no outdoor furniture on the lower level as shown in the pictures. I did appreciate the coolers, chairs for the beach, and the fans inside the house.

I always wanted to visit Tahoe during the Celebrity Golf Tournament, so this year I decided to pair it with my 75th birthday celebration. I invited my four children, their wifes’ and our 3 grandchildren. My concern was finding a place that could comfortably accommodate our family and was convenient to all of the attractions. This place was it. When I say this house is beyond amazing, I’m not exaggerating. We slept in five separate en-suite bedrooms with king beds, while the grandkids occupied their own room complete with two bunk beds and two twin beds, not to mention the pool table. We ate at home 2 of the 4 nights, grilling steaks out on the large deck overlooking the wilderness one night. The large dining room table comfortably accommodated all of us. The very well equipped kitchen with a large island was a fun gathering area, as were the two family rooms, one with a television. Every bedroom has its own outside space, and the two car garage with an extra refrigerator was nice. Every drawer and cabinet in the kitchen was labeled, so finding utensils was a breeze. If you are looking for accommodations for a big group in Tahoe look no further, you just found an amazing place to stay. It’s price is worth every penny. I had a wonderful birthday celebration with my entire family! By the way your host Louis is second to none. Thanks Louis, you helped make my birthday a special one.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful home. The views were some of the best around this area and the accommodations were perfect for our family of eight. The location was near to everything that we wanted to see and experience. We couldn't have asked for a better home and are hoping to come back next summer.

The house was perfect for our family ski trip to Tahoe this year, the house was so roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and really enjoyed spreading out. The location to the ski resort and South Lake Tahoe was unbeatable, we made several trips during the day back and forth from the Heavenly Village to the house and it was so nice to be right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again with our larger family when we head back in the near future.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 9. We loved that 6 of the rooms had king beds and 5 of the rooms had attached bathrooms. Everyone was comfy and cozy in the very comfortable beds and accommodations. No stairs to enter home, which enters into a landing area. There are about four to five steps down from the landing area to the main living area. There is one bedroom with a king size bed on the main level. This room does not have a bathroom attached but does have a bathroom within about five steps outside the door. The chef we brought in was very happy with the kitchen set up and size along with the Viking stove top and oven. There are two refrigerators one in the home and one in the garage, so plenty of space for all of your food and drinks. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and baking, including all Cookware bakeware blenders Crock-Pot, spices, kitchen towels, every kitchen utensil imaginable, cutting boards, plenty of flatware and plenty of silverware for our large group. You really don't need to bring anything for cooking. There's one more bedroom half Way down the flight of stairs, which is the kids room with 6 twin beds pool table. The room has a half bath attached. All other bedrooms are completely downstairs. There are a total of five bedrooms downstairs including the master.. All of the rooms except one have a bathroom attached. The room without a bathroom attached has a bathroom immediately outside of the room.

This was a perfect place to stay in South Lake Tahoe! The home is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The views are stunning! Communication with the owner was excellent and check-in was smooth. The house is located close to Heavenly Village, restaurants, and shopping. It was a lovely setting for a family vacation. Thank you!

We had a 10 person dad’s weekend in early October. The pictures did not do the house justice. Amazing spot on the Nevada side with great views. The inside was well equipped with comfortable couches, great TV viewing ( for endless college football) and a well appointed kitchen . Everyone had a comfortable bed and the hot tub and proximity to golf and casinos were really convenient. We’re planning on coming back next year,

The owner and property mgr are easily accessible. If need be which is rarity. Beautiful home in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Plenty of room to relax and entertain family and friends. You’ll not go wrong booking the spacious, nicely located home. 5 stars👍

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was such an amazing time for me and my family. The house was amazing so much space kitchen was Fully stocked, we had everything we could possibly need. Even though there’s not a gate in the back, my dogs ran around stayed very close by. it wasn’t a problem at all. The beds are very comfortable TVs and every room plenty for the kids to do. They especially enjoyed the pool table room. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anybody also very conveniently located to heavenly village and other activities, thank you so much for your hospitality. We really appreciate it!

We were a group of nine celebrating our Mom’s 70th birthday. We wanted to all stay at the same property but have enough space for everyone. This beautiful home was perfect. The 6 master bedrooms all have a king bed and the game room was equipped with several bunks. The living areas are spacious and have lots of seating. The kitchen and dining room were very large and also had seating for groups much larger than ours. The kitchen was well appointed with numerous appliances, such as crock pots and blenders. There was a second refrigerator in the garage to hold all of our beverages as well. The view off of each balcony was truly beautiful. The sk- lift swing was a huge hit with everyone! This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet a close drive to the busy part of town. We had the perfect home to make our Mom’s 70th memorable.
