Spacious 7-bedroom modern house walk to Niagara Falls

Spacious home in a great location. Safe area and walkable to everywhere. Large bedrooms, 3 living room areas, two kitchens that were Very well equipped. Probably the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve run into with a rental. Lots of parking, easy entrance doors. Sure there were a few things not up to par - outside string lights not working, broken spindles on stairs, water pressure could be better, small stuff really. You will not find better at this price point. Don’t hesitate- book this home!

My entire family came to Niagara Falls to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary, and we all stayed at this great house. It was perfect for the 17 of us -- so much space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of one another, and super close to Niagara Falls State Park. The owner was wonderful as well -- quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the booking process and stay. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Niagara Falls.

Perfect location for a family getaway. Plenty of bed and dining space with two well-equipped kitchens. Well and practically oppointed and very clean home.The owner is communicative and attentive to guests' needs.

Our host was super nice and welcoming. The kitchen was large, airy and modern. There was plenty of room for our group of 11 (7 adults, 4 children). Would recommend!

We enjoyed our short stay at ‘The Falls House’ for a family reunion. We were 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 pre teens so the 7 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. The kids loved having their own rooms and the 3rd floor game room with a pool table and foosball table was great! The host provided microwave popcorn (perfect) and the coffee/tea supplies were much appreciated. This host thought of everything. Clean beds, extra blankets, plenty of hot water for showers. Convenient 10 minute walk to the park! We couldn’t have asked for more!

Pictures are accurate. Clean. Location good. Plentiful toiletries and kitchen supplies. Remodeled 19th century house with most electric outlets in game space on 3rd floor remodeled attic. Landlord prompt in answering texts.

We stayed for 3 nights over the July 4th weekend. We had 21 in our group. Lots of space for everyone. We were able to walk to the American Falls to watch the fireworks. Great location. I had a special request to have a grill to cook steaks on July 4th and Tai made it happen.

The neighborhood was quiet. The location was perfect for accessing the parkway, walking to the American falls and walking to Canada. The host was so kind and accommodating, responding to every question promptly. The host also went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable... providing plenty of extras, like shampoo, soap, cleaning supplies, and even microwave popcorn, which the kids loved! I believe the house was built in the 1800's, so it had a few quirks, which just added to the overall experience. With only three bathrooms, it took some time for everyone to shower, but we never ran out of hot water. We enjoyed the stay, for sure.

This is a great property for large families. Close to the falls. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. Nice upstairs balcony. You can see the nightly fireworks from up there. Close to the casino. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed here with our family of 10 (all adults). Place was perfect for us. We arrived late at night, so we appreciated the free water in the fridge and coffee supplies for our first morning since we could not get any groceries after we landed. Lots of comfortable hang-out spaces.Walking distance to everything on the U.S. side.

We stayed here the weekend of February 14-16. all adult trip but, the property had something for everyone children included especially the third-floor game room area. 12 adults and not congested for the duration of our stay. the property has a second kitchen on the 2nd level which worked out great. We plan on returning in the near future. Tai, the host is a pleasure to work with. Tai is very prompt regarding any questions and courteous. Enjoyed our stay and not to mention the complimentary coffee and tea station.

We truly enjoyed the stay. It is well within walking distance of the Falls and it is easy access to the property. It was clean and had lots of activities for the kids. We would definitely stay again.
