Stayed Apr 12, 2026Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our party to set up hair and makeup stations prior to my daughter’s wedding. Highly recommend.PS The ironing board in the far bedroom upstairs won’t fold back up after several people tried and I am not sure how to contact host as I found out after the fact. Thanks!

Stayed Sep 25, 2025We came to town for a football game. We were able to easily walk downtown and enjoy old town. The house was very conveniently located and all the rooms had plenty of space overall it was a wonderful experience.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024House was perfect for morning walks on the Poudre River trail! House was extremely clean and well kept. We were even welcomed by a few local beers and water in the fridge which was very nice! We had a minor issue with the internet but it was resolved quickly. We had 5 adults and 4 kids. Loved the house! Would have liked one more ensuite bathroom for one of the king rooms upstairs, but we got along great. Thanks for an awesome stay and we will be back when we visit again!!
