Stayed May 21, 2026We had fun and that's what mattered. We (4 guys) were in town for a bachelor party. The house is well designed for a group gathering. There was clear direction on everything from an operational perspective. The rooms were comfortable and the showers roomy. My chief complaint is in regards to preparedness. Of all the showers in the house, only one had shampoo. The remaining carried nothing but empty bottles. Additionally, we spent a half hour skimming the pool to get rid of all the leaves, dead bugs, and one dead lizard. Soap runs out - I get it. Pools get dirty - I get it. It just felt like no one had been to the house before our arrival to make sure it was guest ready. It was a grey cloud on the weekend.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025Pictures make this look amazing but this home is so dirty and well used. Adjacent to the home is a pile of junk, broken down cars, boat, UTV garbage. Pool was dirty, nor will it heat up. Yard needs a lot of care. Lights did not work in the “game room” .

Stayed Sep 24, 2024The house was so beautiful and clean! We needed the pool and hot tub after our long hikes!! Very comfortable and huge! Very attentive customer service. We even went to wine tasting on same road as thehouse and it was amazing too!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024Easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores! The pool and hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking through Zion! Lots of local trails and off road areas close by! The views were amazing all around! Very clean and had all the linens/kitchen amenities needed for the week!
