Stayed Aug 13, 2025It was great we got to check in a little earlier than 5pm. Disappointed in the house itself however. Unfortunately when we got in to the house it was very warm, the air conditioning unit in the living room doesn’t do a great job cooling the first floor and the upstairs units weren’t on, cooling everything down took a while. Lots of cobwebs, we killed about a dozen sliders (I understand we’re in NH, but…), dusty, the first floor bedroom was very damp and musty, the couple that was sleeping there ended up sleeping on the couches upstairs. Also, the toilet on the first floor is loose/needs to be bolted down better to the floor. The AC units in the two smaller bedrooms upstairs and the third floor are extremely noisy.

Stayed May 16, 2025I brought my daughters and they brought their daughters for a little girl get away. I was fortunate enough to have chosen this beautiful home to accommodate all of us. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, the living large enough for us all to sit around together and the beds were lovely for sleeping. We do this getaway annually and hope to carry it forward in this home.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Lovely,well kept home with well stocked kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and room to relax. Spotless. Very pretty, quiet setting, and 5 minute drive to downtown North Conway. Easy check-in process.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Would love to stay again. This place was perfect for our group to sleep comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. A home away from home type of place. A/C worked. And we saw a couple owls on the deck.
