Spacious 5-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in charming Bemus Point

We really enjoyed the house and yard! It worked great for our family gathering! It was a nice walk down to the lake where we spent several evenings watching the sunset from the chairs at the end of the dock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated Bemus Point home.The house was spotless when we arrived (cleaning crew was wrapping up and so so nice!)Super large grassy yard so bring yard games.Front porch was amazing!! Great place to sit and visit, read and enjoy the view of the lake that is across the road.AC worked great, beds were comfy, kitchen is functional and lovely. Wi-Fi access very good. Close proximity to the lake. The private dock is nice/small - recommend you bring water tubes, floats. You have to cross the road and walk between two homes. Neighbors on both sides of the dock were so very kind and friendly.Easy quick drive into downtown Bemus Point Village/restaurants and local attractions (Midway amusement park, Long Point State park & beach). Highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had—communication was excellent. The house itself was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed, from paper towels and toilet paper to soaps, cleaning supplies, and laundry essentials.There were more than enough towels and washcloths for everyone, which was much appreciated. The location was perfect, and we absolutely loved spending time on the front porch. The large yard and ample parking made things even more convenient.Highly recommend this property—we would definitely stay here again!

5 of us stayed for 4 days; perfect mid point at the Lake (others stayed in Mayville) for our family’s annual July 4th. Plenty of room for adult children & spouses- everyone appreciated their own bedrooms, central air & spacious bathrooms. Saw the fireworks from the front porch and hosted a family dinner for 9 one night in the modern kitchen. Even did a load of laundry & a work meeting. Basically it was like being home - but away with a water view! Highly recommend this property.

The house was absolutely perfect and we loved the location. It was great for our group. The kitchen was so well-appointed and the grill and fire pit made our outdoor time even more enjoyable.
