Stayed Aug 7, 2025The perfect location for a long weekend in WNY. We drove up from SC and immediately felt at home in the well cared for suite. It had everything we needed including the fabulous porch and great parking. We were able to walk to restaurants and the small grocery store next door. The water filter on the sink was also a plus. The space was comfy and cozy for my spouse and me.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We had an amazing stay at Splash, the unit was fresh and very clean with updated fixtures which was a nice addition. The bed was extremely comfortable, so comfortable that I’m planning to purchase the same mattress for my own home. The shower was nice and large with excellent water pressure. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the main intersection of Bemus Point; we made frequent use of that area playing various card games and enjoying morning coffee there during the stay. I have stayed a various rentals on Bemus Point and this is by far one of my favorites. In fact, our group is looking forward to staying there again next summer.
