Spacious 5-Bedroom House in Rockville Fast WiFi, Gaming Area & Fenced Yard

The house is a nice house. However the frame around the entrance of the kitchen door was hanging off with nails protruding out and the oven was not clean. The kings chair arm rest at the head of the kitchen table was loose and wobbly. The patio had not been cleaned for awhile . The leaves and pollen was thick on the tables chairs and railings along with bird droppings. Many leaves were on the patio as well. I reached out to the property manager. She said she’d come over and make it right, She finally made it over the next day. about 1:15pm on the second day of our four day three night stay, By the time she arrived I had cleaned the patio myself because my family which included older seniors had already began to arrive and enjoys sitting outside. When she finally arrived she removed the nails and tapped the trimming down to the entrance of the kitchen, I then made her aware of the issues we were having with the TVs in all the bedrooms and the downstairs sitting area / game room and that the fusbol table had no ball. She tried working with the remote controls to get the TVs working to no avail. She said she would return to fix the problem and to bring the ball for the table.She never returned. She did however send me a message to remind me to check out at 10. I assured her that we would be gone before 10 and we were .

Property manager is great and very responsive. House was in quiet neighborhood and close to metro which was 30 min from DC. Large house with lots of rooms and comfy beds. Cleaning crew could be better. Pet hair on sheets, dirty bathroom rug, lots of cosmetic items that needed to be fixed, Foosball table had no ball, kitchen chairs very wobbly, missing kitchen drawer, bug strip filled with what looked like giant spiders under wash tub. Towels and linens not put in bathrooms. All quick fixes and this could be a gem if addressed. I have confidence this will be by property owner/manager.

Perfect location for attending a wedding at Glenwood Mansion. Equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay and the host was so accommodating! The house had plenty of room for our family and it was so kid friendly. It was a nice neighborhood and close to many activities, restaurants, stores, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Your home was welcoming and stocked with all that a kitchen needs to prepare food for 12. We came together from several states and we're able to settle right in and enjoy our reunion. The fully gated-in large deck was the perfect place for 4 young children and a dog to unwind. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood quiet and very walkable. Thank you.

This property had an excellent location for us and ample room for guests. The property is well-equipped for families, offering a Pac-Man game, Foosball, and a selection of children's books.

House and outside area are spacious, clean and well-equipped. Location worked great for us. Owners communicated well about getting in, etc. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Overall, our stay was great. Our family had a wonderful time at this intimate location. House is a little older but the hosts made certain you feel comfortable during your booking. They provided mostly all amenities you could need. Fernando, the host was incredibly responsive, checked on us throughout our time there. Most importantly, the home was clean. The home is situated in a perfect location, close to everything, surrounded by big beautiful trees which provide lots of shade on the large sitting deck. You can definitely tell, there was a lot of love shared here.

We stayed here for six days. The house is located in a great neighborhood 30 minutes to the White house and 40 minutes to the Baltimore airport The home is clean and stocked with everything you will need. It has a beautiful yard and plenty of parking. We would highly recommend this accomodation. We highly enjoyed our stay!and stocked

We came in and needed a house to stay at for Thanksgiving. The house was a described, had big rooms, and the kitchen was good size too make a Thanksgiving meal. I was also happy with how close it was to grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Property was as described, great communication with property manager. Game room was fun and entertaining. Kitchen was well stocked and the home nicely decorated. I would rent it again if we return to the area.
