The Viewpoint is an incredible property! The property managers have thought of everything you could possibly need or want for a relaxing experience. The Viewpoint is pet friendly, family friendly, clean, and absolutely perfect! We stayed for three months while we were doing a house renovation and it could not have been a better experience!! The location just above the C & O Canal is unparalleled! We walked the Canal tow path several times every week and experienced the wonders of nature – wild turkeys, blue herons, turtles, and much much more ! My family and I highly recommend the Viewpoint!!

I'm an interior designer. I booked viewpoint so I could photograph pillows that I sell. The home is serene, it's beautiful in appearance inside and out- and the view is incredible. 20 minutes from DC, this would be a perfect place for a work retreat or for a family that was looking for a quiet place to stay or work. I was comfortable staying here due to the safe and upscale neighborhood. When my nephew visited, we did not have to worry about the street- since the home is basically in a culdesac at the end of a quiet neighborhood road- and a long ways away from the main street. The management were a small business/family business who genuinely cared about our stay. They left us a gift when we arrived to welcome us. I never had any concerns. The management sent a snow plow out quickly after it snowed to ensure that the grounds were safe for me and my family- without prompting them or asking! The grounds were kept up nicely- the grass was cut and no overgrown weeds or anything like that. We were so grateful for a wonderful trip with zero hiccups. Would recommend to anyone on VRBO- and to all my friends and family! You cannot go wrong staying at viewipoint.

We absolutely loved our experience at Viewpoint! The management is absolutely superior and was always responsive to any question that we had. Their directions for check-in are extremely organized and helpful. Our company had a small retreat at Viewpoint. Everyone loved it. From the themed rooms, to the comfy beds, to the amazing view… We were all comfortable and truly in heaven. If you are thinking about booking a stay here, just do it, and do not even think about it!We are so happy with our experience and will definitely be coming back again and again.

The Viewpoint is an amazing property. It doesn't feel like a sterile short term rental, you will feel like you are at home. The property is in excellent condition and just as described. The management team are truly excellent, they are always available for questions or advice, if you need anything it is taken care of right away. Location is superb, its a lovely neighbourhoods in an exclusive DC suburb. You can get to DC or VA in 20 minutes. Just five minutes away you have two supermarkets, pharmacies, sit down dining, fast food, cafes, barber, gas stations, pretty much anything you may need on a daily basis. 15 minutes away you have movie theaters, malls, pretty much anything else you may need. My family loves all the greenery and the wildlife that comes though every day. Always nice to just stand and enjoy the views. If you are looking for a home to stay in with a central location but a quiet secluded vibe you couldn't chose a better place to stay. I have been renting properties (mostly 1 month +) for years and I can say with full confidence that the team in charge of the Viewpoint is the best that I have ever dealt with. They are courteous, prompt and welcoming. Don't think twice, go ahead a book.

The host was very responsive and check in process was very straightforward. The property views are breathtaking. Overall lovely experience.

Everything about this property is just right. Location: Its pretty much equidistant from whatever you need in MD, VA, and DC. There are several malls within 20 minutes. Kids activities are close by. Grocery store/pharmacy/restaurants/fast food within 5 minutes of the house. Its close to what you need and at the same time has a nice secluded feel. The property: all the amenities that you need are available and in excellent condition. The house is spacious and comfortable. My family of six stayed there for an extended stay and where very comfortable. Everything is as described. Host: The host was truly excellent. Everything was taken care of. Information was clear, if I we had any questions they were answered promptly and clearly. If anything came up or needed attention it was taken care of promptly. We really cant say enough about the how good and welcoming the host is. We really were made to feel like guests and not just random anonymous people staying at a sterile rental property. If we could give the host more than five stars we would. The housekeeper was excellent too, she deserves her own five star rating. My family and I would be more than happy to rent with them again and stay in this beautiful home. If you are thinking about staying at this property just go ahead and book, you wont regret it.
