Spacious 5-bedroom house in Kent with AC, WiFi and close to all amenities!

The home was very clean, uncluttered, and had plenty of space for my family's needs.

We enjoyed our stay here. 5 good sized bedrooms gave our family plenty of room. The house is immaculate and beds are comfy.

This clean and convenient home was a pleasure. Communication with the manager easy and prompt.

This was a perfect home and location for being close to the races. All the bedrooms had spotless linens and enough room for six guests. Absolutely will come back if we’re needing a place in that area.

Perfect size house for our family vacation. I love the open floor plan with the kitchen open to the living area. Being able to park in the garage was nice, as most VRBOs I’ve found don’t give you access to the garage. Great communication with host. Would stay here again when back in the Seattle area.

Overall we were very pleased with this property. It was clean and comfortable. However, it was a bit limited as far as amenities, especially if you plan to cook while there. There was only one small baking sheet for cooking stuff in the oven and unfortunately the grill was unusable as it was filthy and moldy. I will say the host was responsive and brought us more toilet paper as well as dishwasher soap as there was none when we arrived. Overall good stay!

The house was fine. We were only at the house to sleep (very busy all day and evenings with a wedding). There were no dishwasher packets, 1/4 roll of paper towels, lights burned out in the garage. That said: home was fine - but after we left they charged us 375 for a dirty footprint on the upstairs hallway carpet. We are quite sure we did not make this dirty footprint as we had all taken shoes off ... and there were no dirty footprints on the stairs going up, etc.. We tried to get carpet cleaning companies to do it (all quoted from 139-179) as a minimum to clean the dirty footprint, however the owner took 375 out of the damage deposit and would not charge less. So you should take pictures of the place when you get there and expect unreasonably high damage charges if you make anything dirty. Below is a picture of the dirty carpet they sent us:

Easy to book and instructions on getting in. It’s exactly what it shows in the pictures and description. We did have to buy our own toilet paper products which we weren’t expecting to do. But we felt safe and cozy and really enjoyed the place.

The house was plenty big enough for the six of us. There are 5 bedrooms, but the 5th one is actually on the first floor and had glass French doors, so there was very little privacy. Thankfully we did not need that room. The kitchen was very bare. Be prepared to bring your own cooking supplies. There is a basic pot and pan set. No cookie sheets, baking pans, etc. There was salt and pepper only, no other seasonings. The stove is dangerous to use. It is gas and all but one of the knobs was broken, so we had to be very careful to prevent gas from leaking into the house when we turned the stove off. The refrigerator constantly leaks water onto the hardwood floors, which has caused the floors to warp in the kitchen. I have reached out to the owner/manager so hopefully these items will be repaired immediately.

The property was so beautiful and clean! Everything was perfect! Host was very responsive. Would definitely re-book next time!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and perfect for my family. I have no complaints at all. I would have just one recommendation…. To add TV’s in the bedrooms.

We very much enjoyed staying at Nicole’s place. Our extended family of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) had plenty of space and bathrooms. The location was great, the kitchen was big enough with plenty of dishes for the large group. The beds were comfortable. I took one star away because of some odd things, like not having extra rolls of paper towels, and not having soap in the bathrooms. The host was very responsive and told us where we could find more soap. It sounds like maybe the previous guests took some things. Check out was easy. Overall, we would definitely consider staying there again.

My organization used the home for a strategic offsite meeting for leadership. It was a great, comfortable space that provided us everything we needed.

I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and safe area or community. The home was supplied with many amenities which I didn’t even know about until the last day I stayed but I am grateful for the thoughtfulness the host brought to our stay. Thank you and I can’t wait to come back again.

Inside of home was great! Outside needs some work (deck furniture broken, grill dirty, deck rail missing a section- safety issue)

Myself and 7 of my friends stayed here for a wedding and this house was perfect for all of us. Very spacious and clean too.

Great stay! Easy communication with the owner. The house was just as listed and accommodated our family well. The rooms were great sizes and beds were comfortable. We would recommend upgrading the grills as we were unable to use either of them, and having a few spices or salt/pepper on hand would be a great. We also would recommend adding tv’s to a few bedrooms as there was only the 1 in the family room for us all to use. A check in and check out list or folder would also be helpful for guests to know what is expected, especially upon leaving. All in all this was a great property, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and sites. Not far to get to downtown Seattle either! We would definitely recommend this house to others and stay if in the area again.
