Pet-Friendly Kent Vacation Rental, Walk to Lake!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and even better than the photos. Everything was perfectly organized, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient for getting around. Even though we didn’t have direct contact with the host, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The property was lovely! Everything was in good condition and very clean. There were adequate amenities to keep us comfortable. Check in and out were both easy. We saw the host briefly. She was very pleasant and asked if everything was all right. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to a park and beach by the lake.

An absolutely delightful little vacation spot. With easy access and very convenient parking. There was definitely a great amount of detail and thought given to the rental and its amenities. The only shortfall is that due to the bed being a Murphy Bed, it was not the most comfortable night's sleep I've ever had. All in all, a wonderful little spot and one that I would be glad to rent again the next time I am visiting in the Kent/Covington area.

The home is clean and everything works well for us.The only issue is that there is no outside light on the driveway, which makes it difficult to see at night.

This is a return visit to Kent and despite the stormy weather, our stay was perfect. The location was so close to my dog competition and the apartment was very comfortable and relaxing after being in the wet weather conditions. It had everything that I needed! Bridgett was so kind in leaving a personal note and some sweets to acknowledge my return visit. It was an unexpected but very much appreciated gesture. We stayed here last year and came for a second time. This little studio is darling. It has everything you could need.

Small but efficient place to stay. Quiet cul-de-sac with no noise from neighbors, perfect for my anxious dog. Property owners/managers were very responsive to communication

The accommodation was very nice for two of us and our two small dogs. The kitchen setup would be good to make small meals although we did not do that. Unfortunately the Murphy bed was quite uncomfortable, we could not see any reason why people staying would close the bed so a better mattress would be much appreciated for comfort level. We were both quite sore after 4 nights on the mattress. The backyard was great to take the dogs outside and the special garbage for them was appreciated. Hard floors are a benefit with pets, we actually rolled up the area rug and put it aside while we were there to ensure it would remain clean. The area was lovely, we enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the lake and beautiful park. Was very quiet cul de sac. Convenient short drive to amenities. Would definitely return.

Very clean, cute and perfect for our stay as we spent most of the time at relatives. Small and perhaps not best for sitting around all day watching TV but quiet and great for a home base.

Upon arrival, i felt welcomed. The property was a cute little place with all the necessities, situated near a lake, and other businesses. I recommend the property and would consider on my mext visit!

This little place is so very tastefully decorated and designed. Immaculately clean. Very quiet. It was the perfect little oasis for us during a hectic family visit. Location to Soos Creek trail was so convenient for my active and outdoorsy husband. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.
