The house was beautiful and very clean. There was adequate space for our group of 8 people to sleep and stay in total comfort. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. Would highly recommend this VRBO any time of year.

A wonderful home to stay at. The location is perfect for us. Very close to the ferrys that take you to mackinac island. You felt secluded thanks to a long drive, giving the home a nice peaceful environment. All the rooms were clean and spacious. The living room had a large comfortable couch and a nice sized TV. There was also a TV in every bedroom with a roku. Even a small TV in the kitchen. The attached garage was large and had a door to the laundry room which was great for bringing our dogs inside. Gave us plenty of space to clean them off before walking thru the house. The washer and dryer was newer style and worked great. Had iron and iron board. The kitchen was a good size with gas stoves and plenty of cookware. Also had a dishwasher that worked good. They had a nice Keurig with pod and pot combo. Was a perfect home for the 6 of us and 3 dogs. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful home inside and outside, clean and tastefully decorated with a creative and special touch. We felt not just valued as customers, but welcomed as guests. The host is very thoughtful, the place had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our vacation. Great location near Castle Rock, less than 10 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge (we did the bridge walk on Labor Day), St.Ignes shopping and restaurants, and ferry to Mackinac Island. At the same time, it is totally secluded with no neighbours in sight. We sat around the campfire listening to the nature sounds and looking at the bright stars in the dark night sky (no light polution, no city noise). We did a half day trip to the Tahquamenon falls (it is about 1 hour 20 minutes drive to the Falls). You can also visit the beaches of 3 Great Lakes on the same day (Michigan, Huron, Superior). We loved the place and our experience staying there, the communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
