We were in Saugatuck for a family wedding and needed a place for multiple family members to stay. The accommodations and layout were perfect. The ability to walk downtown for restaurants and bars was a bonus. We would rent here again.

This house is large and in a great location. However, I was surprised that it felt a little rundown and not super clean. Could definitely use some updating.

We had a great stay! There was room for everyone and it was in a great location to walk into Saugatuck. The house was well equipped and comfortable. I loved that we did not have to make up beds when we arrived and everyone had a towel to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the kitchen sink was leaking under the cupboard. However, I contacted them and the had it fixed while we were in town which was wonderful. Highly recommend this property if you have a large group!

Great location, walking distance to downtown. Nice little surprise birthday party for my wife with her friends. Property was great and accommodating for all of us, including one guest in a wheelchair.

Over all, the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. There were a few things that needed to be fixed when we got there, and Kevin was very prompt to come and do so. Some of the furniture is a bit worn. The photos show the house better than it is. But we had a very nice time.

Very good location..nice neighborhood a short walk from downtown. Downtown has a lot to offer. Had lots of fun
