Spacious 4BR Near Soulard & Busch Stadium | Fenced Parking | Dog-Friendly

Excellent space to stay for a mid size group right near Soulard. The property itself was very clean and easy to access. We had parking right outside the house plus a space that is enclosed in the back, which was great because we had two cars. When we come back to visit, would stay again. There are also some adorable bunnies that we believe reside in the backyard, which was a precious additional treat. Good value for the stay as well. We had no issues throughout our stay.

Really great stay, a little concerned at first about neighborhood safety but no issues. Appreciate that more toilet paper was provided upon request (only had 1 1/2 rolls in each bathroom for a 4 nite stay?) & requested dish soap was provided as well. Would have been nice to have a dish towel but not a huge deal. Bottom step of back staircase created lots of trip ups since its so high from the floor. Great to have the recycling dumpsters in the alley & always able to get parking in front of the house. Decor was really nice, thank you!

Very clean and nice property. Has a lot of amenities that we enjoyed. The location is great and very close to Busch Stadium and downtown.

This was a great place for our 3 families with 2 babies to get together. We loved the beds and the air conditioning. Only complaint was that although the house was clean when we arrived it had been vacuumed but the hard floor had not been mopped or they used the wrong cleaner because the babies’ bare feet were very dirty after walking on the floors. Would recommend.

It was the perfect size for our family. Each room accommodated us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with I was impressed. All the appliances were new and easy to use. Close to all our activities we did. Parking could be a little better out back and street. Otherwise we had. Great time and would recommend this place. We will keep this one our list for our next visit to St. Louis. Also, I can’t say enough about the quick responses we got when we had a question! Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at the house. Well furnished for our group of 7. We were 2 families with kids. The house is accommodating and close to about everything we wanted to do in St Louis.

Spent time at Forest Park and the Muni Opera. Went to the Arch and the “Hill” for dinners.

Awesome property.

The house was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had plenty of room for our family. Less than 10-minute drive from SLU campus, and easy to get to the Hill, Tower Grove Park, Soulard and other parts of the city. Beds are on the softer side if that's what you like. Stairs inside and outside might be difficult if mobility challenged. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others.

A cute park and amazing local coffee shop just a short walk away. Short drive to downtown. Lots of space for family.

Our group of 5-6 gets together every year for a 4-day weekend in the fall. We chose St Louis this time and this property was an excellent location from all of our activities. We spent time at Union Station, The Hill, the Zoo, Budweiser brewery tour, the Arch, etc.. and nothing was further than 10-15 min. Beautiful, clean home.

We had many family and friends visiting St. Louis to see our son and his girlfriend both acting in St. Louis Shakespeare Festival's The Tempest. The location is up and coming, but this was a big house that could support a big group. Parking could be tricky, but there is parking for one car in the back. Wish there had been room for two cars. The house has a slant, so it was interesting playing pool on the pool table. All the balls rolled to one pocket. It was funny. Overall, nice property.

Property was great for four adults and three kids. Location was excellent and the property was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed.

This house was a great place for our family to stay. It had lots of space to spread out and met all of our needs.

This was in an area undergoing gentrification. I found it charming though one of my family members expected something different or more. Parking was a problem with three cars involved. Otherwise, it was great with clear cleanliness, comfortable beds, and reasonable location.

We were initially concerned when we saw the empty homes and businesses in the neighborhood. However, once we entered the home all our anxieties and fears completely disappeared. The rental home was beautiful. The decor was very modern and the entire home was very well maintained. We had a wonderful week at this JZ vacation home.
