This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but live nearby and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

Our home is located in a quiet, well-established subdivision north of I-90, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. If you're looking for outdoor recreation, a large neighborhood park is just a 3-minute drive away.

You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked closets used for owner storage. Enjoy the convenience of a free private residential garage with parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus additional street and driveway parking.

Quiet split-level home in a well-established subdivision that has a main level with LVP flooring throughout the living, kitchen & dining areas. The kitchen, loaded with stainless steel appliances, is adjacent to the dining room with beautiful French doors leading out to the paved patio and patio furniture and a propane grill (seasonally dependent).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to make your standard meals and boasts a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.

There are new, comfortable beds in each sleeping room . The home splits to the upper level including the master bedroom (office desk/chair and exercise bike), second bedroom and a fully updated bathroom. The lower level has a 3rd bedroom, bathroom/laundry combination & a large living room with 2 bunk beds. A HUGE bonus - a 4th bedroom/game room/living room in the finished lower level has a 65” TV, foosball table and another set of bunk beds - plenty of sleeping options!

The spacious backyard includes a privacy fence. Enjoy the spacious backyard while cooking on grill provided. Large outdoor neighborhood park is a 3 minute drive away.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.

The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.

    House is exactly as described in the description, however, it definitely felt like the VRBO commercial with Nick Sabean, from either an overly friendly or nosy neighbor asking as questions every time she saw one of us from where are we going, what are we going to do and telling us where all of the other guest park their trailer. In addition, I felt it was odd that the gardener arrived unannounced and started mowing the lawn, introduced himself to one of the members in our group as the homeowner and completed one of the worst grass cutting jobs ever performed, only to receive a direct text about 30-45 minutes later advising me that the gardener was going to cut the lawn. Not sure if this is coincidence, or a way to make sure we are following the plethora of rules. Overall the stay was satisfactory, location was great, but would have had it enjoyed it more if we had more privacy.

    This property worked well for our family. The location in Rapid City was perfect for exploring a large radius including the Badlands, Black Hills, and Devils Tower. The house was clean and had more than enough beds for everyone. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. My only minor suggestion would be to have ziplock bags or plastic wrap available in the kitchen. Michael’s communication was outstanding. He was very understanding when we were impacted by weather delays. My family had a great time overall.

    Love the house & quiet neighborhood! Such a great place to come back to & relax after the chaos & craziness of sports tournaments. Have stayed 2 years in a row & will definitely be back! Perfect for our large family!

    We had a family trip with three generations. This house was perfect for our week stay, family dinners and games. There was a bathroom on both floors where all bedrooms were located which was great for my older parents. There were two family rooms with large TVs so older family could watch shows while younger family members could play games or watch something else. The location was perfect. Close to all highways, 20 minues from the airport. There were explicit instructions for EVERYTHING. This was a beautiful house and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely book again.

    The property was in the middle of everything and was an extremely quiet location. All the majors tourist attractions were easy to get to as well as lots of restaurant choices nearby. The property was excellent with everything you could possibly need in a home away from home.

    Three of us retired women stayed here while traveling to Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks. We each had a separate bedroom and two baths to share. We stayed here two nights to visit the sites in the area. The instructions and access into the house were very helpful and clear. Having a garage was great. The house was very comfortable. The patio nice to sit on. The kitchen was furnished for us to do a little cooking. The individual split systems for each room were wonderful. The kitchen had coffee and tea and coffeepot and crock pot. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets and bathroom supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk. The hosts checked in with us to make sure all was well and to see if we needed anything. Communication was great. We highly recommend this place.

    In town to do some sight seeing, great location! We enjoyed several day trips to Cluster State Park, Black Hills, Mt Rushmore, and Badlands. The house was extremely comfortable for four adults and can accommodate many more. It’s a quad level home and we each had our own level with bedroom and bath so it worked out perfect for us. The house is clean, well maintained, perfectly stocked and has the perfect amount of instruction for use scattered throughout. The backyard was a great place to hang out after our days of travel. We enjoyed the BBQ too. Highly recommend!

    Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was in great condition with plenty of room. The house was well stocked with all of the everyday household items you would need. There was good communication with the owner leading up to check-in which makes for a stress free evening after a 12 hour drive. The house is centrally located to all of the attractions we wanted to experience and located minutes from Hwy 90. We were very pleased with this home.

    This is an incredible property for a family. Every thing was clean and it immediately felt like home. We stayed for 6 days and did not have to worry about furnishing anything except our food. The location was perfect for wanting to see Mount Rushmore or any other tourist attraction. The host was friendly and responded to every need.

    Cute getaway for a family of 2 or more. Great backyard to sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning plus great area for a bbq. Kids would enjoy the game/tv room.
