Great communication from the Best Nest team including information about the codes, who to contact if there was a problem, and Island spots to visit. A QR code was easy to use to gain even more information! The beach was so close and there were even toys, a wagon and lots of beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and provided a lot of areas to eat with a big group. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a well stocked, clean rental close to the beach including a pool and large living areas! Well done Best Nest!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decent stay, house has some issues. The spa is quite difficult to use and blaming us for following the instructions didn’t help. I was told specifically to only use Spa button and then told something else later in the day. If there’s going to be a charge to use the spa, it should be easy to use and reliable. We had no spa for 2 days of our stay. The front door lockbox also needs to be repaired. It didn’t work properly for most of our trip. Notwithstanding these issues, the house is really comfortable and in a convenient location near the beach.

House was very well stocked with everything and extremely comfortable. We also rented a house across the street (9 Wren) for our large group, and it worked out perfectly. The location was amazing, and our kids were able to easily ride up to Salty Dog for ice cream and treats. Beds were comfortable, the house was super clean, and overall everything was in order and easy to find. BestNest was lovely to work with, responsive, and helpful.

We wanted this one because it comfortably fit three families. Could have easily fit four. Everything was perfectly clean. They allow pets. and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature. (extra charge for pool heating, but that can be expected.) For the price, the home was close to the beach - about a five to seven minute walk.
