Spacious 4BR Cape home with water views.

Overall we had a positive experience renting this house. The house is very spacious and roomy with plenty of bathrooms for our group.

Our only complaint is that the property could be cleaner. The fridge and microwave needed cleaning before use. There were plenty of Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the rooms (I had to remove half a dozen). Widow sills need cleaning. The toaster oven bordered on antique and the dishwasher was not secured to its cabinet. That said, it is a spacious house in a great location.

We loved our time at this house. The layout was fantastic for our extended family of nine.Thre were plenty of rooms for us to spread out to. The pool table was a huge plus adding lots of entertainment for our competitive family. The house is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood but not far from several beaches, shopping areas and the fantastic bike trail. Tina, the owner was very communicative and helpful and easy to deal with. Thank you so much for letting us make more family memories and for sharing your house with us. We hope to return again!

We had the worst possible stay I have ever imagined. Up to the last munute, the owners refused to give us check-in information. They kept telling us our stay did not start until 2 days later, etc. Finally, they realized they made a mistake, they let us in the house and...we checked into a filthy house with dirty dishes from previous owners, dirty laundry, beds that have not been made, hair in the shower and worst of all....infested by mice!!!. There was mouse poop everywhere- on linens, towels, in the kitchen drawers... It was disgusting!!!. We spent the first day cleaning and doing laundry. We contacted the owners but they repeatedly told us the house was cleaned and it was impossible for pest to be a long-standing problem. We caught 5 mice right away. The owner Rick was really rude, he even yelled at us on the phone, he pretty much told us we were lying even though we sent him pictures. Check-out was even worse. We were supposed to leave at 10am and by 9:50am Rick had sent texts, left voice mail and had a guy at the front door to make sure we were not late and all the thrash was collected. When we told Rick that the thrash people had not come (and even previous owners thrash was still sitting there), he told us we had to take it all with us. So to prove it was not our fault (and it was impossible to take so much thrash!) we had drive the neighborhood and take pictures of other neighbor's thrash not being collected. And all of this after a horrible week dealing with mice!!! We asked for at least partial refund but the owners pretty much laughed at us. To be fair, they reimbursed us for the mouse traps that we purchased. But that was it. We do not recommend this home to anyone mostly because of the unpleasant, irresponsible, and really rude owners Richard and Tina Savoia.

This is a fabulous choice for a home away from home. Tina and Rick were responsive and helpful owners, going out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Their home is spacious and comfortable, close to many fun activities but secluded from traffic and crowds. With the trees leafed out there isn't much of a water view, but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing Cape vacation.
