The well-stocked kitchen is ready for family meals, and each bedroom and both living rooms are equipped with a TV for your entertainment. Enjoythe outdoors with a gas grill and comfortable seating on the back patio, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Just steps away from the sand, this home is ideal for multi-family vacations.

Enjoy a day at the pool in North Windmark or at the Village Center. Take drive over to the Village Center or rent a golf cart and take the path over to enjoy the larger, heated, and resort-style pool. The Windmark Beach community also offers resort-style amenities with a lively Village center a short drive from the home offering restaurants, a fitness center(must pay separately), and The Mill and Mercantile which has live music most weekends.

Your perfect beach escape awaits — complete with a golf cart and bikes for exploring, plus endless indoor entertainment with a shuffle board, ping pong, and foosball! Relax after a day of adventure in this spacious home designed for fun, comfort, and unforgettable memories.

*Access to two pools, one located in North Windmark and one in the Village Center.
*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.

*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Garbage bin outside - no need to pull them to the road. Please put trash in bags and place them inside the trash bins.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed staying in”Chloe by the Cove.” The floor plan was amazing plenty of room for family of 7 plus 2 pups. Having 2 dishwashers and 2 full size refrigerators was a game changer. The guys enjoy the top notch outdoor grill. The open floor plan was ideal for enjoying company. I have to say 2 washers and 2 dryers set the bar for our next family vacation. The kids felt spoiled with the game room, golf cart, and 2 neighborhood pools all while being just a short walk to the dog friendly beach. It was truly a vacation that we all thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend renting with Renting The Coast they were very responsive and personable just a text away to help with anything. My only suggestion is getting a large industrial shopfan for the garage playroom it was unbelievably hot. ( fan link)
