You will have a 'Grand' ole time in Nashville at this new construction, modern, and highly stylized home in the heart of East Nashville. Walking distance to multiple bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping provides you a perfect starting point for your Nashville stay while only being four miles from the heart of Broadway.



The Space:

Everything at The Greenwood Grand has been carefully selected to providecomfort and function for you and your favorite people. On the first floor, you will find a private bedroom with a full bath and large smart TV. Up the stairs are the open-concept living space and kitchen, with an additional full bath and private bedroom. A 50-inch smart TV in the living area allows you to log in to your streaming services. The large modern kitchen provides the perfect place to gather with your friends, with bar seating. Up a flight of stairs to two additional bedrooms, each with its own spacious full bathroom. A private washer and dryer are also available on this floor, along with access to the covered outdoor porch.



Guest Access:

Get ready to make yourself at home! You'll have full reign of the entire home, including the spacious, attached 2-car garage – perfect for keeping your ride safe and sound.

Just a little heads up, there are two mysterious supply closets that remain locked; one located just off of the kitchen, and the other near the garage entry. These are our behind-the-scenes storage closets where we keep all we need for sprucing up the place for our wonderful guests. So, those are off-limits. Other than that, every corner of this house is yours to explore and enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

East Nashville has a quirky vibe and a buzzing food and nightlife scene. The Five Points area is known for its street art, upbeat bars and trendy fine-dining restaurants, while nearby Fatherland Street is the place to go for offbeat shops. In leafy Shelby Park, the Greenway is a paved tree-lined path winding along the Cumberland River. Nissan Stadium fills with crowds for Titans football home games



Getting Around:

The Greenwood is located just a few blocks away from the popular Nashville hot spots, which are all just a very short Uber/Lyft/scooter ride away.

Neighborhood Respect: Our home is nestled among friendly neighbors. We kindly ask you to respect the local community by observing outdoor quiet hours between 9 PM and 6 AM. Treat our neighborhood as you would your own for a harmonious experience.



Flexible Check-In/Out: Need an early check-in or late check-out Let us know a day or two before your arrival/departure. We'll try our best to accommodate your request, though please note a small fee may apply.



Security for Peace of Mind: Your safety is important. While our exterior security cameras and interior noise monitors are not actively monitored for guest safety, they help us maintain a secure and respectful environment in line with our rental policies.

    The place was perfect for what we needed and very convenient with the Publix right there. The only confusing thing is that you have to enter the property through the front door but have to park in the back. You cannot open the garage door from the outside so someone had to run around the front (not a straight shot), go in and open the garage so that we could unload. Also when you leave, some one has to stay and close the garage door and then run back around to get in the car. No street parking in front of the location. Other than that, no issues and we will stay here again as we come annually to recruit at a school in the area.

    Property is as listed. parking garage is for 2 vehicles. There are limited visitors spaces. But are first come first serve. Parking was not an issue for our 3 vehicles. Publix’s behind the townhome is a plus.

    Ad was misleading, sleeps 12 but only has parking for 2 cars. Place was clean mostly but still had confetti on floors and furniture from previous guests. Walls had black marks all over in the kitchen and up and down the stairs.
