Spacious 4,000 Sq Ft - Modern Lakefront Resort Home on Golf Course

House was very nice. Great location so close to the clubhouse and golf course.

The property was perfect for our family gathering. 10 adults and 2 toddlers fit very well. Communication with owner was excellent. Dan had us well-prepared for the security process and was extremely responsive. Enjoyed our time and will likely be back for our next gathering!

Outstanding experinece, beautiful location along the side of golf course and lake, there were more mosquitos in the backyard due to lake ..otherthan that everything is beyond perfect.

Fantastic layout of the accommodations. Perfect for everyone to have their own privacy and yet spend time with the family.

We just stayed just one night and it was good experience.

Property is nice. Bathroom lighting not female oriented. Outside, spiders and wasps are numerous. Swarmed by wasps at BBQ grill, dangerous. Property could use a good pest treatment.

Great location, beautiful home!

It was good except for security entrance, being treated like one is in prison. One is not allowed to have visitors. It should have been ideal if a visitor identifies who he or she is going to see and is allowed entrance once the name is on the person mentioned is in the property list.

We had a full house for a Nationals Dance Competition at Margaritaville Resort. The house was very comfortable for our large group of family and friends and the neighborhood is conveniently located. The large kitchen allowed us to cook at home at our convenience. The dock was fun for fishing and the upper deck was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks! There was plenty of space in the driveway for all of our cars. The country club pools were nice and even had a kiddie pool for the littlest ones. Dan was very quick to respond with check-in information and any questions. We will definitely check availability here first next time we’re in town!

We had a wonderful time. We were there to attend a wedding. Loved the house.

I wanted something for everyone. They have Golf boating scenery, shopping. Great kitchen to cook in. It's one of the best restaurants in the houston area

We had a great time! Beautiful home! We also really enjoyed April Sound CC access.Pots and pans need replaced. Some chipped dishes. Several things needed to be fixed, Outside back area needed to be cleaned. Dock had warped boards and numerous spiders and webs and big weeds dock area.

The house is well kept, clean, beautiful and convenient. We walked back and forth to the club house and to practice putting-my sister-in-law just opened the door and hollered WILFORD to get him off the green when breakfast was ready.

The home is beautiful and location is ok! The housekeeping company is just collecting a check. There was more dust, spiders and cobwebs then there was guest(10).The bath tub in the master bedroom had like 3 cobwebs the upstairs deck has algae growing everywhere and webs with dead bugs. We could not and would not dear sit out there. The home is spacious and well built all though the pictures make it seem bigger than what they are. The property just needs some TLC before renters move in. The cleaning crew may clean after you check out but if it has not rented in months I’m sure the bug and webs have taken over

Pros: The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 12 very comfortably. We ranged in age from 2-72 and some in our group had mobility issues. The two large bedrooms downstairs, each of which had an attached bath, made it easier for them to enjoy their stay. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving Feast.The large dining table was great not only for eating together, but for playing games. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit and gather or to have a little quiet time away the group when needed. Cos: If you like a soft mattress you are not going to find it here. Every bed in this home was extremity firm. If you're planning to use the the pool or any of the clubhouse amenities, be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers only two adults and three children. It seems that with the rather steep cost of the rental of this property that access to the clubhouse could be included in the cost. After lunch one day a small group of us wanted to go for a walk and check out the neighborhood. We were not being loud or obnoxious in any way, just walking off lunch. We were told by a friendly neighbor that walking was not allowed and directed to read a posted sign that said walking around the area was not allowed. Lastly, it was shocking the number of cobwebs that were noted. True the ceilings were very high, but in a home like this it was rather surprising to see so many. We are repeat renters, not taking anything from host, no fault there. There was spider webs all in the house. And still is, ceilings, lights, under the beds. I just think he needs to get a whole new cleaning crew. Or hire someone to check behind the cleaning crew before they leave. It is such a nice property to get bad reviews due to the cleaning issues. But because of the location of the property and the niceness of it we will continue to rent the property. House was very nice and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was large and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the back patio watching the golfers and swimming in the lake. The community was very secure, well kept, and quiet.

Beautiful home, perfect for eating, visiting, and playing games. We also enjoyed the view and the closeness of the golf course. Will book again.

We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect. Very accommodating.
