Spacious 4 BR Townhouse Walking Distance to the Beach and Boardwalk (412A)

Excellent location for Virginia Beach scene and events at the new Dome. Well equipped. Enjoyed the two en-suite rooms on 2nd floor and 3rd floor sleeps 4 in two rooms, with bath.

Perfect home and perfect stay.Linens work pristine I would definitely stay here again with me and my family. We enjoyed ourselves.!

Great location. Is part of a geoup of rentals, a little more commericalized and impersonal the home like. Newer, great amenities, lots of stairs, brind your own toiletries.

Plenty of room to spread out. The house is in a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and the beach. There's even a Harris Teeter a few blocks away. Everything is very well-appointed and cared for. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice property. You can expect to be VERY CLOSE to other neighbors. I was surprised at how often the sirens went off in this area. You can walk to the beach if you’re able to walk for 5-6 minutes at a time. The living room furniture was quite used. One of the chairs was very wobbly. The kitchen island has three stools. One of those stools was not used as it was falling apart. The dining room was nice and all of the chairs were sturdy and comfortable. The refrigerator light did not work, but the refrigerator did keep everything cool. The showers had good water flow. There’s a nail head protruding from one of the steps. The AC worked nicely. When I emailed the owner, they were very good about responding. The property was clean.

Great stay for daughter’s wedding that was in Norfolk. There is a fair amount of road noise from 22nd street at night, but the house makes up for it. It’s clean and comfortable. The check in process was SIMPLE, and the owner is a DREAM to work with. We had 3 of her properties and they were all perfect

The title says pretty much all you need to know: we would book this property again. It was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked. The toilet on the 3rd floor broke on Sunday (Labor Day weekend), sent an email, and before we returned to the unit, it had already been fixed after maintenance sought permission to enter. It was a very easy walk to the beach, pizza, bars, and two mini-golf courses. Communication before arriving was excellent. My only minor complaint, hence one less star for Check-in Process, was that we arrived at night and parking is behind many units. But it was dark and we couldn't tell which unit was ours! In hindsight, the unit we needed to enter made sense relative to parking, but arriving in a new place at night, it wasn't close to clear to us! My father arrived a little before me and had the same exact comment before we even compared notes.

The reason property was rated a four and not a five: There were not enough towels, it was adequate, but there could have been more. The property appeared to be worn; with marks on the walls, front and back door needs to be freshened up. Kitchen utensils not adequate for stay. Recommendation for parking decal from parking as option when booking stay.

The house was beautiful, nice neighborhood, close to the beach.

Perfect property for a multi family vacation with ability to walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and other fun activities. Only down side is noise from navy jets and muscle cars/ motorcycles at night.

Great stay. 3? Blocks to the beach. Close to everything we wanted and needed

We had never been to VA Beach before, we usually spend our beach time in Delaware. We were thrilled to be in a place so close to the beach and that was able to accommodate 7 adults cycling in and out during the week. The property fronts a pretty busy road (22nd St) so the rooms on that side can get some abrupt loud car and motorcycle noises but you get used to it. We loved the ability to spread out on the property and we could not hear any neighbors in the adjoining townhouse at all. Highly recommend.

Had a great vacation, wonderful weather and food. The street the house is on was loud but we had bee aware based on other reviews. Everything else was perfect! In fact my son left important meds there and they were able to send back to us quickly.
