Stayed Mar 6, 2026We were a group of 4 adults in Fruita to bike/hike/enjoy the town. Major pros: host was responsive to pre-booking questions, property was spotless, side-parking fit our oversized vehicle, fenced in yard for dog, walkable to downtown, outdoor firepit for night cocktail time, mattresses were so comfortable, couch was huge & comfy for all of us to enjoy at same time. Will stay here again next time we come thru Fruita.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Awesome place to stay! Yard was fun for the kids, loved that it was fenced. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of beds, space so everyone was happy! Host was great at communicating, loved the property!
