Seton four acres along a quiet cul-de-sac, this furnished two-story home offers plenty of room for an extended stay, along with comfortable work-from-home spaces and inviting outdoor areas. The home accommodates up to six guests and has three bedrooms plus a fourth room currently arranged as a nursery.

On the main level, the family room includes comfortable living space, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. A separate formal living room has French doors that bring in natural light and provide outdoor access. The dining room seats up to six. In the fully equipped chef's kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, espresson machine, cookware, utensils, and a large island with stools make everyday meals convenient. A nearby reading nook with a pellet stove provides another comfortable place to unwind.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstands, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, plus a closet and desk, while the third has a single bed and chest of drawers. The fourth room has a crib, closet, desk, and chair and can be converted to a single-bed bedroom.

There are 2.5 bathrooms, including an updated primary en-suite with a glass-door walk-in shower, bidet toilet, and double vanity. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Outside, enjoy seating and dining areas, a gas grill, a fire pit, and access to extensive trails on adjoining Dartmouth land. Snowshoes are provided. One attached garage bay and additional driveway parking are available. Upstairs laundry, Wi-Fi, cable TV, central heat, supplemental pellet heat, and utilities are included. Pets could be allowed upon approval.
