Spacious 4 Bdrm in Scarborough Beach Neighborhood!

The house is in a great location and can accommodate a large family but the home needs updating. Furniture is very worn, chairs broken, and carpets need to be replaced. The dehumidifier downstairs is also very loud. If updates were made the home would be amazing.

Proximity to the beach was the only decent plus to this house. When we arrived the inside of the house smelled like fish. The furniture and decor was dingy, ripped and well worn. The downstairs bathroom had a humidifier that sounded like a jet liner taking off and it ran constantly. The closet in one of the bedrooms downstairs had mold and dampness bags. The outside furniture had a broken table and chairs. There was no beach equipment. You had to rent everything. After further investigation we’d learned the house is a college rental during the school year. It is obvious no real upkeep on the property is performed. This is the first time I have rented a property on VRBO and been disappointed in the accommodation's. I would not recommend this property for family rentals I would stick with the college crowd for this house.

The house needs work. It appears that they started working on the house, but never finished; walls patched, but not painted, no toilet paper holders, floors warped, carpets are dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable. The kitchen items are lacking, microwave needs to be replaced. The bathrooms sinks leak

Kitchen needs upgrade in microwave. Need a space on the ground for eating and drinks especially with 5 bedrooms a lot of people on deck. Can’t really walk to beach with families but that’s ok. It was very comfortable in the house for all of us. Thank you for caring Ellie Pagell

We have a large family and this home had plenty of room for all of us. Easy walk to the beac. The fireworks were spectacular. We especially appreciated the individual air conditioners in each room so every person could have the temperature they wanted.

The stay was fine with the exception of small bugs in the first floor and kitchen. Food did get into some food. AC filters needed to be cleaned, which we did. Toilet seats needed tightening.

We always stay in this great neighborhood as its close to the beach. This house needs a good cleaning inside and out and some basic home maintenance. There was a leaky faucet, loose floorboards on the deck and a broken spindle on the inside stairs. It was also missing some basics you would expect in a rental- no hangers in the closets and limited places to hang towels.

Short drive to beach. Nice quiet street. Great location and also short drive to Pier area. Lots of space in the home and backyard. Good sized deck.

The house was perfect for our large family group. Short walk to the beach. Great neighborhood for the kids. We loved it!

House was as advertised. Location was excellent and property management was very responsive.
