The house was spacious and clean, and in a great location

The house was very clean. Had everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were nice. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great communication. Easy to access. The property was very clean and comfortable. Loved the fenced backyard to let my pups outside.

The house was clean and the upstairs was surprisingly spacious. The kids very much enjoyed having their own room with kind/queen size beds. Ashely, the home owner was easy to work with and prompt on any questions we had. We went for the Neptune Festival and Sand Castle Competition. For a family not familiar with the hearing the jets fly over the house, it could be unnerving but since we are military, we didn’t bat an eye. That was the only drawback but not really or at least not for us. We would absolutely stay again.

This property is very nice and well-kept. Quiet neighborhood. EXACTLY how it is advertised. Very convenient location, Right off of 264, with amenities close by. This property is well-maintained and very spacious. We had 8 of us and everyone had a space to sleep. The hosts were very engaged and communicative with me prior to and during our stay. Our adult children traveled in for a NAVY ceremony and were very happy with the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again because our daughter’s place isn’t big enough for all of us. AND will definitely recommend to others who plan to visit to the area. The only con was that the elders weren’t prepared and we had to run to the store for wash cloths and a few extra throw blankets (the air was too cold for them) but I wouldn’t consider that a notable negative by any means.The property is very “homey”

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and comfortable amenities were as described. Getting in touch with host was not an issue. 5 min drive to the beach. If available in my next trip to VA beach I would book again.

The property manager is super responsive, they really tried to answer all the questions and address all our concerns. The place was clean.

The place was perfect for the 6 of us and our two small dogs. One couple took one master and the other the 2nd bedroom. The third was shared by grandma and teenage son who used the trundle bed (that room could be great for a family of 3...the couple on the bed and the child in trundle). Place was very clean and kitchen had all that we needed to cook a few meals. We had breakfast in each day before heading out to the beach for the day. 5 min from Neptune, 20 min from chics beach. grocery store 2 min away. The home was true to the pictures. The fenced in yard was a plus with our two small dogs. It really had everything we needed and close to everything. we would come back again.

Nice place. Yes you can hear the planes but they stop around 9:00. I would rent again.

This place was perfectly clean, cutely decorated, and worked great for our group. We loved the patio area in the backyard and used it several times for morning coffee. We appreciated the little snacks and the notebook with wifi and checkin/out info. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms updated and modern. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very close to the beach in Va Beach. The location worked perfectly for our family event. The home was very comfortable, local grocery stores minutes away and convenient to major highway.

Property was just as described! Easy check in and out. Very clean and kitchen well stocked. Our two Golden retrievers loved the fenced in yard. A few flyovers on Friday, but none there after. Hosts checked in to make sure all was OK. Would definitely book again!

I was very happy with our stay here. Very clean, modern appliances, nice backyard, big driveway, and the location was great for quick access to the oceanfront but also in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking to stay in Virginia Beach!

We had a great stay for what we needed. The house was clean, walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops near the beach. There was a fenced backyard for our dogs to enjoy. The jets are quite loud into the later hours of the evening but it did not bother us at all. Great stay overall!
