We enjoyed the location, cleanliness and amenities of the home while we explored Canyonlands, Arches and Moab!

Spacious and comfortable property with enough rooms and beds for the larger family. Large walk in shower, good for older people. The place is flat, no steps. Good beds. Nice collection of movies for the kids plus instructions for remotes. Access to pool area just down the block. Will definitely stay here when we return to Moab and will bring the grandparents!

Pefect amount of space for large group, quiet, garage parking, and close access to local attractions.

Great home! Well appointed, clean, safe, convenient. If you don't need to be in the middle of town this place is awesome. Will stay again for sure.

Great condo 5 miles south of Moab. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious! Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. So much to do in the Moab area - hope to be back again soon!

This was a wonderful place to stay for us! It is located in such a great spot, on the south edge of Moab. So quiet at night and ended up being a great place for a wonderful holiday get away. Place was so clean and the kitchen had everything in it for our family to function.

Everything was great, we had a couple of minor problems that were quickly remedied when we let the host know. We love Moab and have stayed in this complex several times. I love the garages so our toys are secure. It is a little south of town, but not too far, and a great location for the price. This particular unit is close to the hot tub and pool so that was nice.

This house was very nice. What stood out for me was the comfort of the primary room bed and the water pressure was awesome lol. The location is in a neighborhood but it was quiet.

The neighborhood is quiet. All the niceties were included. Everything we needed like paper towels, all bath towels (including wash clothes), soft sheets, comfortable beds, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap (at every sink!) etc. were there for our convenience. The check in and check out processes were very easy and appreciated. No crazy list of chores to do before leaving. Both the interior and exterior were very clean. We all enjoyed our stay very much and I would book again if in the area.

This was the perfect home for our stay visiting Arches and Canyonlands! Property owner was responsive to questions ahead of time and the check-in process was very easy. The location was convenient for visiting the parks and Moab while being in a quiet neighborhood. The home had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable, and the ability to park in the attached garage was appreciated on hot summer days.

Loved this house! Very clean, spacious and very well stocked kitchen! Felt like I was at home in my own kitchen! Kids loved the swimming pool as well!

We only had 1 issues and very minor at that. The pool code wasn’t emailed to us prior, but the property manager was very quick to respond. The house was amazing, clean and well worth the stay. Location to downtown was perfect! Will stay again!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay on our Utah road-trip. Our host was welcoming and responsive. The house is very clean and well stocked. The pool was a nice way to cool off after a long day in the parks. Great location. If we return to the area we would definitely return!

Our family of five enjoyed three nights here on the outskirts of Moab. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice garage for parking with foosball & mini basketball game in there as well. No lightbulb in the den lamp & some of the box fans did not work. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Fun times.

Aside from being a 5 - 10 minute drive from downtown Moab, everything was great. Spacious and clean with nice amenities. Pool and hot tub a short walk away were a big plus. No complaints.

Great place for a family to stay. We enjoyed the view and easy access to the pool. Great beds and extra accommodations such as beach towels.

We loved our quick stay at this location. It was very very clean and the furniture/bedding/towels were all high quality compared to other vacation rentals. It was extremely clean, thoughtfully laid out, and the bed was so comfortable. We would gladly stay again!

We were happy with this place. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking. Spacious rooms, but gets hot inside very fast, even when only upper 70s in springtime. It has AC, but it felt wrong to use it outside of summertime.

Clean, spacious, quiet

Great space, very clean, very comfortable! Great access to Moab and the nearby parks. Great clean neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable, as was the living areas. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Wish we would have stayed in this spot longer! One tip: They are serious about the cell signal being pretty spotty in the area though, so be sure to download or take a screenshot of the check-in process and door code before you get there! Wifi was great once you're inside though!

We come to Moab as a family every spring and rent a place this has become our favorite place. We will definitely staying here next year. Thank you for such a great stay

Beautiful townhouse. Very clean, comfy beds. We did the Mighty Five, so we were all over Utah. Next time we would like to stay here again and make it our home base, focusing more on Moab, Arches and Canyonlands.

The property had everything our family needed and more! It was clean, comfortable, and had a few touches in the kitchen with regard to utensils and cleaning supplies that we greatly appreciated having in a short term rental. The location was great for adventures around Moab, and the views from the property alone had us wanting to stick around to spend more time on the patio. We’d love to come back.

This house fit is perfectly. Traveling with three adults and four kids is always challenging. The setup here is perfect. The house was clean and exactly as described. This was our 2nd stay and it does not disappoint!

We had a fantastic Christmas at the cozy house. The cleanness, location, facility…everything was perfect. Particularly enjoy the kitchen with full cookware and all kinds of seasoning. Will definitely stay here again if come to Moab.

We had a great stay at this property. Instructions were clear, property is a little out of town and had great views. It was easily accessible to what we came to see (Arches & Canyonlands National Park). The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the kitchen was easy to use and had what we needed. My kids loved the surprise of the foosball table and basketball game in the garage plus a couple games to play with at the house.

Nice rental home. Very well appointed for guests from plenty of towels to fully stocked kitchen. Made our stay away from home easy for travel, meals, sleeping and relaxing between hikes!

A few hiccups in our stay but Brooke was accommodating. 2 families stayed together and had plenty of room. Kids really enjoyed the bunk room. Master suite had the most comfortable bed i’ve stayed in at a VRBO. Just outside of downtown by a couple of miles so convenient in getting to destinations. Would recommend this place to stay while in Moab!

Great kitchen, internet, tvs, mattresses, and very well supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The patio was open and yet private. Beautiful views from the living room, patios and master. Absolutely no problems.

Beautiful property Only comment I would make is that owners clearly have people calling them cause they are lost( reading between the lines of the info sent) so mentioning in email spiel for checkin instructions that there are two roads with the same name and to take second one if coming from Moab direction might save them some calls !

This property was great! There was plenty of room (the room with two sets of bunkbeds was smaller than expected however) and everything was clean. Brooke was very easy to communicate with. The condo complex was quiet and very pretty. I would highly recommend this property, and the room with two sets of bunk beds would be perfect for children.

This was one of the best Vrbo's we've stayed in. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, and little extras that made our stay very comfortable. The location was great! It was just outside of the main Moab area which kept us out of all that busyness. Getting to a store only took a few minutes.

Check-in put a damper on our stay. Very unwelcoming. It was 106+ degrees on the day of our arrival. Check-in was at 4pm and we arrived at 3:50pm. Due to the extreme heat we wanted to get the fresh groceries into the refrigerator/freezer. We were planning on just dropping off the groceries and then meeting up with the rest of family. The minute I started unloading the groceries (maybe a few minutes after walking through the front door)I was bombarded with multiple VRBO and text messages from the host. The messages pretty much scolded me for being early and inconsiderate. I spent the first 20mins of my stay having to respond and apologize for those 10 mins. The cleaners then showed up after 4pm to finish up on cleaning. There were also issues with the A/C. The property was a steady 78 degrees the whole evening even when it was set to 69. Reached out to the host and was told it was due to the hot weather and it may take a while. That’s it. Spent the rest of my vacation wondering if we were being spied upon and worried that I would received more messages. I have never felt so unwelcomed by a host, ever. Wonderful unit but cannot recommend due to the host’s unwelcoming attitude and the creepy feeling of being spied upon during your whole stay.

We were only in Moab for 4 days but this condo was the perfect place to cool off after a long day of hiking. The accommodations were just as advertised and had everything we needed.
