The community pool with both open and covered spaces is the perfect spot for relaxing in the chaise lounges by the pool and basking in the warm Florida sunshine. After a day by the pool or thebeach, the private outdoor shower (hot/cold) is a perfect way to rinse off!

You'll wake up in this lovely light and bright bedroom with a king bed on the first floor and Gulf facing views with sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony. This bedroom features a full private bathroom with double vanity, matching mirrors and shower/tub combination.

The luxury continues in this second king master bedroom with Gulf facing views and leading out from sliding glass doors to the first floor balcony. Tasteful touches in this bedroom feature an elegant wooden king bed, 2 night stands, oversized chair, designer armoire with TV, closet and ceiling fan. The full private bathroom has a double vanity, separate enclosed private toilet area and luxurious tub with a separate walk-in shower.

French doors lead out to the bay view balcony with expansive and serene views of Apalachicola Bay.

There is a separate laundry room on the first floor with a full sized washer and dryer.

As you enter the second floor which serves as the main living area and features an additional queen master bedroom and hallway half bath, you're transported into a large open concept space filled with tropical sunlight, soothing coastal colors, earth tones with views of gently swaying palm trees and the blue sea beyond.

The open concept floor plan living/dining/kitchen area provide a perfect place to unwind, dine, play cards, watch TV and spend time with family and friends. The main living area is decorated in a stylish coastal theme with rattan and wood wicker accents, upholstered designer sectional and chairs plus a large flat screen TV.

The elegant traditional glass top dining table with chairs provides dining for 10 and entertaining is made easy with the adjacent wet bar area with glass mirror. For less formal gatherings, off the kitchen with ocean views a rattan table provides seating for an additional 4 guests. The elegant granite kitchen counters also provide seating for an additional 8 guests.

This light and bright floral themed bedroom features French doors leading out onto the second floor bay view balcony overlooks Apalachicola Bay and beyond! The beautifully tiled bathroom has a single vanity with large designer mirror and shower/tub combination.

Sunset Beach community amenities include a gated entrance adjacent to the State Park, a heated community pool, an open-air clubhouse, newly resurfaced pickleball, tennis, & basketball court and an outdoor grill area with a park-style grill.
