Description

This two story completed in April 2015 is fashioned after South Carolina Low Country or New Orleans French Quarter style homes. Private boat house. Large covered decks on both floors for viewing Lake Dunlap. Fully equipped kitchen just bring your own groceries. Outdoor charcoal pit for grilling. WiFi and four flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure when you need a break from the outdoors. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The remaining bedrooms areon the second floor. One bedroom has two queens, another has two full beds, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds with XL twins. The upstairs TV room also has a murphy bed if you require additional sleeping space. All of the appliances are stainless steel kitchen aid. The house has granite counter tops in all the bathrooms as well as in the kitchen.

Amazing lakeside rental with all the amenities! Friendly neighbors but quiet and plenty of privacy! Easy quick trip to float the Comal. In fact we canceled night out plans and stayed in to enjoy the house!

We had such a great experience!! The house is beautiful and large enough for a big group! The boat dock and outdoor seating was a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset each night. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed at this house when in town for a wedding and it was perfect. Loved the decor and it had a lot of bed space for guests. Beautiful river location with great view. A/C ran great which is important in summer in Texas! Owners were very responsive to our questions and very helpful in all ways. Cannot say enough great things about this property!!

House was perfect. Pics don’t reflect a house on the adjacent lot. We had one brief water outage that was promptly taken care of.
