Property is on a dead end street so very quiet. Owner was very accommodating and house was clean and well stocked. Only negative is the house is on well water so it has that sulphur smell when showering or using faucets. Overall very pleased.

WONDERFUL HOME with a perfect location at the end of a quiet street and convenient to EVERYTHING...beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN with a very convenient bedroom configuration and bed size choices. This host understands the importance of having a well stocked home for guests-from the more than sufficient amount of towels to providing kcup choices to use in the Keurig to having multiple blankets for everyone. I wish that every host understood these important amenities. The front porch with rockers and swing was enjoyable and relaxing. The most impressive thing about this host's rental home is that they have a note that tells you to enjoy your stay and DO NOTHING when you leave...no stripping beds...no cleaning dishes...no starting laundry...no emptying all trash cans...no sweeping...a TRUE vacation. After you spend money on a vacation rental including cleaning fees, it is so frustrating to then have to do part of the job of the cleaning crew. Thank you for that. We will definitely return to this rental.

Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

This place was very nice. It was exactly what my family needed. There were 7 of us. And we did have a dog. The yard is not fenced in, but it worked. Okay. A nice big yard. The house was furnished very nicely. Especially the kitchen, the owner was very easy to communicate with. We came for my grandson's wedding and it was centrally located to everything we were doing could even have a couple friends.Come in and entertain them at the house.Overall it was an excellent experience

AC worked great.Front porch family time lovely.Nice neighbors.Fully stocked with essential items.Maybe work on filtration system. Water smell not pleasant.

The front steps needed painting so it gave a very poor first impression. No shower or tub on first floor. I am 82 yrs old and had to climb about 24 steps/stairs to get to full bath. The water had an odor that gave a very bad feeling to even shower or drink!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in your lovely, spacious, clean, well-positioned home! The shell-collectors and history buffs among us had a great time at nearby Fort Clinch and our 16-year-old enjoyed night-fishing at Peters Point. We all enjoyed schmoozing on your porch in your rockers!

The house was amazing! There was enough space for everyone to spread out but come together and play some games provided.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood

Great location - quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. House worked well for our kids (ages 9-20), and gave us plenty of space to work with our fishing gear.

Once a year my friends and I get together. This place had plenty of room for the 15 of us or so. It was nice everything worked and the place was clean. I recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of this great VRBO. There was plenty of room for my family gathering and lots of room for those that stayed there. Communication with host Kelli was great. A issue at start of stay was quickly rectified. Highly recommend. Great location, near everything, yet quiet at the end of a dead end street. It is a beautiful property.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive. We did run into an issue with the HVAC unit beeping and the AC not working properly, but the host quickly addressed it and had someone come out to fix it. Overall, the house is comfortable and spacious—perfect for a small family. Great location too!

Lovely stay to celebrate birthday. House is conveniently located to restaurants and stores and is not far from downtown.

This house was just right for our family including 2 adult children and their spouses. My parents live nearby at an independent living facility and we were able to go back and forth while also having the comfort of a home. The host even welcomed us with a bottle of wine which was much appreciated!

Very clean and spacious, great yard space if you have young ones that need to run. Only a half bath on main, which is not a problem if everyone in your party can manage stairs. Host was very responsive to any questions.

We rented this house so we could visit Amelia Island during the Dickens on Centre festival. Our family enjoyed the house amenities and it was close to all the things we wanted to do downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we sent messages. They stocked the kitchen with plenty of Keurig K-Cups for morning coffee and paper products throughout the house were all well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Such a cute, warm and inviting space! Felt like being home. Plenty of necessities on hand like bath tissue, paper towels, etc along with spices, kitchen utensils, cookware, extra linens and more. We stayed at the property for Thanksgiving and it had the perfect kitchen and dining room for cooking and family time! The host is very responsive! Would definitely recommend for others with large families looking for a comfortable getaway.

The house was perfect for our group of 5. Kelli was a terrific host. She was able to have a leak fixed quickly. We would stay there again.

This was a crazy week, we were trying to evacuate and last minute canceled because of the storm. The host was very nice and accompanied our cancellation.

The gas stove did not work the first night, because there wasn't any gas for it We bought a new propane cylinder so we could cook. We also had to buy 6 fans to keep the downstairs cool because the a/c wasn't cooling the house properly

This rental was accurately described, nice assortment of cookware and spices in the cabinet. Linens and towels were provided. Communication was fast and courteous. We arrived post Hurricane Debby - so we had some issues with ants. The Cason’s were over quickly to spray and take care of the problem.
