Absolutely beautiful property, our first time staying in a home as opposed to a condo as our family grows. The house is gorgeous and honestly could have stayed there and skipped the beach there was so much to do. Well maintained property especially the kitchen we planned to go out to dinner but instead opted to cook, and enjoy the pool. The kitchen ammenties had top notch ammenties and everything we needed. Love the big center island! Wish I could have stayed longer. Beach Reunion responded to all my questions almost immediately. So glad I opted for a home with pool as with a 17th month old it made it hard to stay on the beach all day. It was so peaceful and relaxing I think I may have actually convinced my husband that we need a pool!

This was the most beautiful and well stocked home we have ever stayed in. The pool was clean and seating around the pool was plentiful. The bunkroom/game room provided hours of entertainment when storms prevented outside activities. Our host was great quick to answer any questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property with our large family. Communication was great. The home was clean. Two dishwashers and 2 refrigerators were great to have. Thanks for the free use of the golf cart. We rented 3 bikes that were enjoyed as well. My only suggestion would be to powerwash the patio cushions and replace the outside dining chairs. They are rusted and dangerous for little ones with sharp, rusty edges. The grill needs replaced as well. The baffels are rusted through and there is a large hole in the bottom. Overall we were very pleased. The pool was amazing and the landscaping is beautiful!

We loved the house & pool. We had 8 adults and 7 kids who loved this house. It is in a gated community that is very safe. The golf cart could take up to 9 people to the beach, dinner, or to get ice cream. The host were extremely responsive, we had two minor issues that were addressed within a few hours. Highly recommended this property - it was probably the nicest our family has ever stayed in.

Beautiful home, great pool! However, upon arrival, the bathrooms weren't very clean and the house had some cobwebs. The outdoor grill was never cleaned after prior visitors and the pool was also dirty. The outside furniture could really be replaced as we had some chairs that weren't very safe and cushions were gross. We were supposed to have a golfcart to use, but it was broken. When we contacted mamagment they were quick to respond. For the amount we paid to stay at this rental, we shouldnt have had any of these issues.

Premier home in a lovely quiet gated neighborhood with access to a nice community pool, workout room and courts. Short drive in the street-legal electric 6 passenger cart to the beaches and restaurants. Large swimming pool with lots of outdoor seating. We enjoyed it very much.

Very good Experience

We had 15 people staying at this property and it was perfect! Mostly king beds fit our family well since we have mostly adult couples. The community is nice and quiet and the little ones could ride their ride on toys with very little traffic. The pool was huge and had plenty of seating available. The multiple fridges served our large family well. The golf cart made getting to the beach access easy. The only downside is the front door doesn’t lock on the inside and our youngest could easily open and run out. But all and all, would stay there again!

This place was great for our family very spacious

We loved the house and the pool. In our 17 or so years of doing family get-togethers this house and pool combination is the best we have ever rented and both were in great condition. We haf a wide range of ages. married and not married couples, so the different multiple bedroom arrangements made it very easy to make sure all had suitable accommodations. The pool was perfect, large enough to actually swim but with multiple depths so everyone could use it comfortably and safely at the same time. Only real drawback was our ability to get everyone to and back from the beach. It wasn't far but it did require number of trips even with the 6 person cart provided. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate and we could seat our 13 people easily. The house is large so we never seemed to be crowded and the outside TV/lounge area and multiple chairs and lounge chairs around the pool also allowed all to be together without being over crowded.
