Stayed Mar 9, 2025Very clean and accommodating. A short walk to the beach. The bedrooms are on the lower level which makes it nice so luggage doesn’t have to be carried upstairs. We felt secure especially with having kids-the resort is gated with a security code needed to enter. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025This condo is in a beautiful location; views were wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with the needed pans and other tools, and the refrigerator/freezer was quite roomy. The frig door did not shut automatically as you had to be very intentional to make sure it was shut. (It buzzed if not!) However, since it was a premier host, I was expecting more. The overhead fan in the master bedroom only worked part of the time, the outlet by the bed only worked sporadically, and the shower faucet was coming out of the wall in the master bath. In the living area, the couch pillows were filthy, couches were not comfortable, and the chair sunk in almost to the floor. The sunbathing chair on the top deck was covered in mold on the underside. We were very uncomfortable in this condo, and would not rent it again. We had booked it for a month, and left after 2 weeks.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Condo was very clean, and a nice location. Only problem I had was the icemaker worked very slow. With just one person I ran out of ice. The refrigerator looks brand new. It probably needs an adjustment.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024My family had a great time in Destin. Just a few things needed attention, but the staff handled them immediately. Very responsive and I loved that!! We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Great location and beautiful scenery.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024We brought 3 of our grandchildren with us on a much needed vacation. They loved the townhouse. Our 13 yr old loved fishing from the deck of the lower level. And feeding the turtles and ducks. It’s a comfortable, cozy townhouse. Clean and inviting. Beds sleep great. The appliances do need to be updated. The fridge door doesn’t shut well and the washing machine was full of water and wouldn’t drain. They did come right out to fix it. But over all I would stay here again.
