Southampton Luxury Estate with Pool, Sunset Bay Views & Resort-Style Backyard

Very clean and everything working.Furniture a bit outdated, but overall for the price was perfect.

What a beautiful property. 10/10 stars for the home and the view!!!! The house was STOCKED- trash bags, quality soap and shampoo, laundry pods, extra toilet paper, and kitchen needs (every dish, serving platter, blender, coffee maker, you could need) etc etc. I cant tell you how many homes Ive rented where barely the bare bones are provided. This was so refreshing to see it stocked and well taken care of. That all truly matters and its nice to see a company value those little things. The rooms were so nice and the bedding was comfortable and clean. Lastly, Stay Marquis was very responsive when needed. I 100% would stay here again and book with this company.

Beautiful home. Had a little bit of an issue with thermostats to warm the home but by the 3rd day, the house was cozy. Also, some of the doors had issues with the locks but my guest and I found resolutions to secure the doors. Other than that, I would love to experience the home in warmer weather!

Beautiful location with view

I can’t say enough good things about this property as well as StayMarquis as a service. They truly exceeded expectations. The home was not only immaculate, but had every possible amenity that you could need to feel as though it was your own second home. I highly recommend this service as well as this property!

The house was lovely and I would probably have nothing negative to say but the online description was not honest. There is a gym on the description which does not exist. However, Staymarquis arranged a pilates instructor which was a nice alternative. Also, the description claims there are three bedroom ensuites which is not accurate, there are only two. Also, the description claims a piano which was not there. Additionally, the description claims there are three fireplaces which there are, however the owner does not allow the use of the any of them, which was completely unacceptable. We left some items at the house and the staff at Staymarquis went out of their way to get them back to us. This was my first experience with VRBO, all in, it was a positive experience.

The home is even more beautiful then pictured and is perfect for a large group. We are so happy to have found this home and hope to return someday soon!
