South Side - Feel the breeze

Great location to caravan park, larger outside area than was expecting. Thanks for the stay

Went away with my partner - and our kids and my brother and his partner , it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back again, from going 4wding on the sand dunes, sand boarding with kids and having dinner and the restaurant, and the property was beautifully presented.

Location was perfect and bedrooms were a good size, that's about the only 2 positive things. The place upon arrival was very dusty and had spiders and webs in every corner. I have a 6 yr and 3 month old, I had to go around killing the spiders and get rid of the webs. No dishwasher was there as advertised To wash the dishes was OK but the neck of the tap didn't moved, washing large pots was a bit difficult. Shower: water pressure was very poor and no hot water. Even when the hot water was the only one on still was cold. If someone was using the kitchen tap, there was no water pressure coming from the shower. In most rooms in the corner we're dead bugs and ants, I had sand in my room and spiders. Even though we had to provide our own towel and bed sheets, there was no hand towel for the bathroom. There was a shower mat and plenty of toilet paper. Kitchen was OK... but not much space for cooking or washing the dishes. No wifi wich is OK BUT no reception either! Was not able to use my own data ( woolworth telstra and Vodafone) My husband had to put his Hotspot on for everyone to have access to their phones. The washing machine was outside and very dirty. We used the BBQ but was very dirty, outside the patio we washed it before using it as it was very dirty. I don't think someone came through before we arrived to make sure the place was dust and spider free. But before we left we cleaned the place better then we had received it. Someone definitely needs to check out the place before ppl arrives to ensure the place is dust and spifer/ web free. And the rug in the middle, lounge room needs a good clean or get rid of it! Would I stay again, no.... but my husband would.

The property was very clean and had all that you could ask for. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything in town. Looking forward to coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at South Side. The house was clean and comfortable and the location is a prime spot with only a short walk to the beach, playground and shopping areas. The property manager was very efficient, helpful and accomodating. We hope to go back again soon!

A microwave would have been good, and a bigger bbq, in view of the fact it is for 8 people.
