South Mountain Luxury Retreat - New & Modern

Property was clean and weWe’re very happy with the property! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a great meals from scratch. We were not able to use the pool, our school just did not allow the time. Access to the property was easy and direction were clear and perfectly explained. When visiting Arizona we would look for availability at this same location!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The home is exactly as pictured- clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you might need and included additional touches that make the stay feel luxurious. We especially enjoyed spending our mornings on the patio and our afternoons hiking before relaxing at the pool. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they were consistently accommodating throughout our stay. The home offers ample space for three couples, making it an excellent choice for group travel. We highly recommend this rental.

This was a VERY nice place and community! It exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely responsive. It's conveniently located within 15 minutes of the airport and 30 minutes of the surrounding Phoenix area. The available amenities were awesome. This is a place that we would most definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This is our second time visiting for our annual cousin trip! Relaxing, well-designed space and beautifully appointed. We hiked and swam everyday! We love it here!

What a great stay! The hosts were so hospitable and detail orientated. From the extra towels, phone chargers, all switches labeled, slippers, kitchen amenities, everything was impeccable! The neighborhood was beautiful and pool was incredible. We highly recommend Clint and Lexis place and will stay here again if in the area.

If you are reading this, just book it! Hosts are always available (we had NO issues) and the home is beautiful. There were 5 of us and we never left the complex the entire weekend! We spent two days at the SPECTACULAR pool and cooked most meals in the well equipped kitchen. You will not be disappointed. It’s a 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home while spending time in Phoenix for our daughter's volleyball tournament. Location was great...just 15 minutes from the convention center. The home was decorated beautifully and was well appointed with everything we might need. I wish we could have spent more time at the home as it was comfortable and had a nice-sized gathering area. Our family stayed at the South Mountain luxury retreat for a family get together with our daughter and her fiancé over Memorial Day Weekend. The home was adorable, well-appointed home had many luxury comfort features and the hosts had thought of everything. The covered patio with views of South Mountain was very comfortable while we sipped on morning coffee or relaxed at the end of the day. The layout of the home was perfect for the 5 of us staying there. The neighborhood has a beautiful pool area and many parks. The South Mountain trail system is easily accessed, and we watched the hummingbirds and bunnies in the backyard. All in all we enjoyed our stay at South Mountain and highly recommend to anyone considering visiting the Phoenix area.

My family and I so enjoyed our stay! The house was beyond our expectations: clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet with a beautiful mountain view. We were able to enjoy a little time on the patio and at the beautiful community pool. Lexi and Clinton were wonderful hosts, very quick to respond, and it’s clear they care a lot about their guests. None of us were ready to leave! We’d love to stay again in the future!!

Our stay was incredible. The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully curated. It was the perfect oasis on the outskirts of the city, there was something for everyone! Lexi and Clinton were wonderful hosts, they were prompt in their responses and accommodations. We would definitely return someday!

This is a terrific rental house. Everything was new/clean, and the house was very well stocked. Close proximity to South Mountain trails was perfect for us. Community gym/pool are very nice as well. Communication with the owners was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Came to phoenix with a group of friends to watch nascar and do some hiking. The location was amazing with the south mountain preserve hiking trails at the back door! The gym and pool were great, nice and clean. The rooms were well spread out fo our group and having a pool table/ping pong was so much fun! Lexi and Clinton made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would love to stay here again.

This home is a gem. Super comfortable and clean. They have every amenity you need. Hiking trails are minutes away. The pool and exercise facilities are a bonus.

Spent 2 weeks at the south mountain luxury retreat with friends for a break from the Midwest winter. The property and surrounding development is beautiful, roomy, quiet neighborhood and close to hiking, golf and downtown restaurant scene. The home is exceptional, the community pool, hot tub, gym 5 star. Would definitely return to this one.

Our family stayed at the home while attending a wedding. The house is immaculate, super well organized, super comfortable and luxurious. The host are kind and communicative. Everything was so well organized that we had no questions. The neighborhood is also beautiful and close to a wonderful hiking trail we discovered. I will be recommending this rental to friends and family. It was perfect.

Lexi and Clinton's property is truly amazing. Our 4 kids live all over the States so we rent VRBOs a lot. Their place really stood out for cleanliness, location, furnishing, responsiveness and convenience. The house felt like home immediately, we had a great stay. The trail behind the house is a great hike! And if one prefers a slightly less intense workout their is the neighborhood to walk, the clubhouse with the gym and the pool. One of our daughters and her fiancée live in Tempe, we will definitely rent again!

We had three couples for the long weekend and loved the place! Walking distance to south mountain and enjoyed different trails each day and the pool and hottub after. Used Uber to get around and had no issues getting to the places we wanted to go. Recommend los Molinos for good happy hour and rustlers roost - get there early as it fills up fast. Do the slide on your way to the table! Awesome sunset and city lights for your view. Loved playing ping pong, pool and lounging on the back patio. Bought groceries for breakfast in the awesome kitchen! Will look for this property if we come back to Phoenix!
