    The house was great in a wonderful location with lots to do within the house and in the nearby neighborhood. However, there wasn't any soap or shampoo/conditioner in the master bathroom shower (we had to borrow the one bar of soap from the upstairs bathroom since our travel partners thankfully brought their own). There was very little hot water (enough for one 5 minute shower) and thus the majority of us took cold showers for the duration of the trip. The mattresses and pillows were terrible.

    This was the perfect home for our weekend in Nashville with friends and family. House was spotless upon arrival. Loved the pool table and dart board. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nice neighborhood and a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Will definitely stay here the next time we're in town!

    The house was spacious and plenty of room for us girls. Loved the outdoor space and the addition of games and activities. You can’t beat the location if you wanna walk to 12th street. Property manager was quick to respond if we had any questions. We would stay here again!

    The property is very well managed and is located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and Belmont University. Also, a short car ride to downtown Nashville.

    We had a great time here. It was just as advertised. Nice quiet area that felt safe and had nice restaurants and shops in walking distance. Loved the darts and pool table! David was quick to respond and friendly. He accommodated us last minute and allowed for an early check in. Only negatives were hair left in the master shower drain, we couldn't get the tv to work (just turn on) in living room, and the metal bed upstairs was squeaky and the bolts were loose. All are easy fixes I am sure. We didn't reach out about the tv because we had enough fun things to do without it! David did reach out to see if anything needed tending to, so I'm sure he will take care of those things. We would recommend and would love to stay again!

    My husband & I were in town for a concert with two 17 y/o boys. For around the same price as hotel rooms downtown, this home had it all and exceeded our expectations. Lots of space, a dart board, pool table, and fully equipped kitchen, there was plenty of room for entertaining. Very clean. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance and Broadway, with all its action, is only a short drive away. Well worth the price.
