Great safe neighborhood and location with easy access to highways 55 and 270. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and nicely remodeled. Yard was in good shape, just a small gap in the fence at the front corner that we secured to be sure our small dog did not squeeze through. Garage is not available for renters to use, but there is plenty of parking space on the driveway. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Very clean. Great location close to my family’s house and St. Louis attractions. This was our second time staying at this property. The manager is very responsive and helpful.

We totally enjoyed our stay, great south location. This home is clean, comfortable, plenty of room space, fully equipped with anything we would need.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in St. Louis. Three comfy bedrooms, two full baths with a half bath downstairs. Decor was nice and updated, comfy places to sit and a full dining room was nice. Laundry available, kitchen was very nice and stocked with pans & tableware. Great back porch and yard, we enjoyed coffee in the morning listening to the birds. Communication with the host was outstanding, quick responses and accommodating when needed. The location was great, close to highways and shopping. Plenty of services close to this location. The street was quiet and the neighbors were very nice and respectful. We highly recommend this location if you will be in the St.Louis Area.

Lots of room to spread out. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time here, but it was a good place to lay our sleepy heads. Nothing fancy about the place. Kitchen has updated appliances (except the fridge), and everything was clean. Could have used a few more blankets. Foosball table was a fun addition.

This property was wonderful. Plenty of well kept space. Great communication with the hosts. I had a little problem with the streaming TV and they were there helping me in 30 minutes. Great experience! Hoping to stay again next Spring.

We came to St. Louis for a family trip to celebrate. The house is conveniently located, very clean and comfortable.

We stayed 5 nights over July 4th weekend and the house was perfect for us. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

It was in a great area very close to anything you would want to visit. The house was very clean, lots of space. Over all was a great place would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay at this property while in town visiting family. The location was perfect, as it was 5 min from my parents’ house. Easy to access the house with the keypad. Very clean. Simple home with plenty of beds for my family, including a pack n play. It was an added bonus to have some kids toys in the basement. When an issue arose, the manager fixed it efficiently. Thank you!

This three bedroom house was perfect for our weekend stay in St Louis. Jessica is very prompt in her responses if you need anything while staying at her home. It was close to a lot of fun activities and not too far from the city attractions. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again if we end up back in St Louis!

Our stay was very enjoyable, property was super, just as advertised.

I’m 91, my wife is 77. We made our ages known to the owners before renting the property. Never were we advised that the property was not handicap assessable, The first step onto the property porch is a concrete block or two setting in front of the porch entry. It is not, in any way, anchored. Inside in the bathrooms there is not a single grab bar or towel rack. There are, however, 2-2 pronged hooks attached to the back of each bathroom door. Between the kitchen and the dining room are the stairs to the basement. They are extremely steep and have no gates or coverings at the top. We have 4 great grandchildren under the age of 5. These steps are extremely dangerous. Neither my wife nor I ever went down those steps to the washer and dryer because of the steepness. We hand washed our clothes in the kitchen sink as necessary. The rooms are small including the living room where one spends the majority of their time. We are sorry to have to write this review because the covered back porch is wonderful and the backyard is kid friendly. Off street parking for up to 4 vehicles is included, however the garage is not accessible. We never used the kitchen appliances except the refrigerator which was used for cooling drinks. None of the features of the refrigerator are available for use. They are not hooked up to a water source.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find & accessible to area attractions. The photos of the house are accurate, very clean and well stocked with essentials. We had one small faucet leak & maintenance came within minutes to fix! Questions we had regarding the house were answered in minutes. Did I mention the house is extremely clean & well taken care of? The onlything we thought could make the basement space more usable would be a couch, other than that we have no other suggestions. The back porch was a pleasure to sit & relax, the driveway accommodated 2 cars easily. We hope to visit again!
