Stayed Nov 7, 2025The house was beautiful and very comfortable! We were very pleased with the layout and the amenities. An added bonus was the pack and play and high-chair. We would definitely rent this property again while visiting my son at Clemson.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Very happy with this rental! New. Clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with pans, gadgets & service necessities. Kayaks were high quality. An abundance of nice towels…This property could not have been better.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025It was amazing except it was hard to park the boat. The water is really shallow there.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The home is beautiful. My only complaint is there was a lot of spider webs and spiders on the walk down to the lake. Overall the stray was very pleasant.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Enjoyed our stay very much. Our grandkids loved jumping off the dock and splashing into the water. And our SIL even caught some fish. House was comfortable and the perfect layout for our family. And Ellen, our hostess, was very responsive and very helpful to all of questions.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025What a great retreat on the lake for families and friends. Close to Clemson and downtown Seneca. Kayak, hot tub, or simply relax on the couch in the family room. Good for all ages and pup friendly too.

Stayed May 30, 2024We had a wonderful stay with our 4 children. The house is well appointed, attractive and comfortable. Our only hiccup was that we rented a boat from a company that does not have a marina, so you have to keep the boat overnight if you are renting for multiple days. We did not have a boat trailer, and the local marinas do not have overnight slips for rent. We were able to tie the boat to the dock of the house, but the power company drained the lake by several inches, while we were there. Luckily the super nice neighbors with slightly deeper water let us tie the boat to their dock. This situation was really our fault for not realizing we had to store the boat overnight, rather than an issue with the house or owners. The owners and their neighbors were nice and helpful dealing with my lack of planning. They also said that they are dredging their cove in 09/2024 and will have year round deep water docks thereafter. Main reason I bring this up is to say that if you need to rent a boat on this lake, it may be best to do so from a marina, unless you are certain you can store at a deep water dock. I highly recommend a stay at this high. Nice home, nice people, beautiful lake.

Stayed May 8, 2024We had several family members ranging in age from 22 to 89 in town for our son’s graduation from Clemson. The house couldn’t have worked out better. Put all the younger adults in the FROG and everyone else had their own bedroom. Conveniently located to campus, downtown Clemson, and Ram Cat Alley. Close enough that the kids were able to get an Uber back to the house after 1 night out and had enough room for everyone to fit around the fire pit on another night. Also enjoyed the kayaks and corn hole!! Kitchen had everything we needed and coffee options abound. Lots of room for parking and great having all the seating/table space on the deck! The perfect stay!!
