would stay again!

Looked like the pictures. We did have a issue with ants getting into our luggage and a few things not working. Upon arrival the thermostat wasnt working right and was 76 in the unit. I eventually fixed it myself before they got back to me about having to send someone out. The only bathtub in the condo would not stay plugged to give my son a bath. Just normal things any home/condo would need over time so im not complaining. The walk to beach isnt terrible but little farther than we prefer when lugging wagon and gear. Other than that plenty of space plenty of bathrooms all the essentials were provided and most important our pets were welcome! That was a huge plus for us having two senior dogs we didnt want to leave behind. They even had food and water bowls for the pups. We would definitely come back maybe just find a unit closer to beach next time

The unit only sits 5 people in the living room - 2 chairs & 1 couch that sits 3 but was dirty & smelled. One bdrm had a broken dresser & closet doors that didn't shut. The doors in the main bdrm scraped the floor. The screen door fell off when opened/closed. The kitchen & laundry facilities were nice. The beds were wonderful. The a/c worked well. The walk to the beach was nice & you could drive to the back of the property to shorten the walk if needed. Lots to do in the area, but traffic is horrible. US-98 is just 50 ft or so from unit, so lots of traffic noise. Kimberly Lang rental agency was wonderful to work with, and entry to the property was simple. Check-out was easy.

The Southbay condo was clean and well kept. About a 5-10 walk to the beach but you can drive and there is plenty of parking for the private beach access. The pool and pickle ball courts are also nice to have. We chose it because we were able to bring our dog since there is no weight limit. They also provide dog bowls in the fully kitchen.Overall the condo and property were great - had everything we needed. Short drive or walking distance to everything Destin has to offer.

Great stay.

The place was clean . The patio was nice and grill was pretty clean. Not to far from the beacha great walk.

Place is good. Pools are nice. Too far from beach if you have little ones and need to take a lot with you

We had such a great time there. The apartment is exactly what it says it is. Spacious and comfortable! It was everything we needed it to be!! We will definitely be back next summer.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and this property is in a good location, right across from a pool. Beds were very comfortable. However, the grill would not stay lit, the floors were dirty when we arrived and we couldn't find a mop, and the pool needs more lighting for swimming at night. The upstairs was like a sauna when we first arrived. We had to close off a few vents downstairs to get some air upstairs.

We enjoyed it. Pet friendly. I liked the private patio. Nice layout.

Location is great and the house was very clean.

Beach is small and you cannot set up your own cabanna. Their rental was 50 a day.

Very clean accommodations

This place has an amazing location. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is around 7 minutes. Privacy is great.

The property was clean. The cooking and storage containers in the kitchen were horrible. Take your own containers to keep leftover food. It would have been nice to have directions on how to operate the thermostat and TV's.On our departure date, we packed up our belongings into our vehicles at 0900. We discovered we had forgotten an item and our code was already invalid. There was absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone that manages the property.
