The house was in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. The amenities were great! Beautiful view of the beach, quiet neighborhood and the deck area was perfection. We didn't get to partake in the pool because of the weather, but it was an awesome feature. The kitchen had everything you need.The owner was so sweet! I highly recommend!!

The house was great with the new decks and pool. Lovely breezes while on the side deck or cooling off sitting on the deck facing the beach - best of both worlds! Location is perfect.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved being able to wake up and see the ocean daily. We had a few minor issues upon arrival, but the hosts were quick to respond.

Overall a great time even though weather was not the best. Enjoyed the house, beach and location. New deck was great!

We absolutely LOVE this house at Holden Beach, it is a great property, this is our third time at the house, 2022, 2023 and 2025. We went elsewhere in 2024 (missed booking house in time), going elsewhere made us realize what a gem Holden Beach and this house are. A great property that has had some major improvements that make it even better. My family, kids & grandkids LOVED the addition of the pool! It is the perfect addition to being at the beach, especially with the shallow area for my preschool grandkids. We are planning to return next year again, after years of searching for the perfect place, we found it! Thank you for sharing your house!

Fantastic property and perfect located with the beach access!

The house has been completely renovated and the new pool area is phenomenal. The side deck was the perfect addition for evening meals since it is all shade and breeze. We did not have one complaint from the week. This is the most well stocked home that we have ever stayed in. Owners were SUPERB!!10/10 would stay again.

This property is simply lovely. Everything is top notch here! We enjoyed cooking in the upgraded kitchen and swimming in the lovely pool! Kim is an attentive host who ensures guests are comfortable and provided for!

We couldn't have asked for more than what this property offers. Everything from ease of going to the beach, to the full kitchen, to the spectaculor views were amazing! The pool was the pearl of it all!

This is such a precious home! We loved the location and the accommodations. We love to cook at home instead of eating out and this home was well stocked in the kitchen- which is great!! The rooms are really well set up and beautiful. We had 5 adults, a 12 year old and 5 year old. Everyone was comfortable and loved the rooms! It was awesome waking up everyday and having a cup of coffee watching the waves. The home is so close to the beach, the children could run out to the beach while we watched them from the front porch. We had two unique situations and the owners were so responsive and helpful! The first situation they responded quickly and together we remedied the problem and all was good! The second situation was our 5 year old left his favorite slippers behind. We contacted the owners, and they coordinated with housekeeping. His slippers are in the mail to us! This is the best home for a small family getaway. Great home and great homeowners!

Everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen. Kim's attention to detail is around every corner. And the access to beach was so easy for my elderly Mom. So enjoyed our stay. We will be returning. Thank you Kim!

Location can’t be beat!

Location was A++++. The house was mostly fine . But does need some updating. Dishwasher does not clean well . The floor near kitchen is coming up . Minor stuff. But if you’re flying in it’s not equipped with beach towels or chairs. I bought chairs and cheap towels. Left a bunch of chairs there. So you need to plan for that. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Our stay was incredible! We can’t wait to return next summer!

The house has a perfect view and easy access to the beach. Despite having a public access, it is not a busy section of the beach. The rooms were all nice sizes for the four of us, but I feel like it would be crowded for an 8+ group. We did have a maintenance issue, and the owner took care of it immediately. We couldnt find extra trashbags and the owner offered to send more, but we figured it would be easier to take care of it ourselves. We later realized the same was true for extra toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, if I had a small group, I would stay again because of the location and porches! It is a comfortable house!

Our family enjoyed a great week in this home. The location is great with wonderful views and close and easy access to the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable and accommodated our family very well. We had no issues, but reached out with a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay in this home again and recommend it to others.

Everyone was happy with this house. The view of the beach and ocean from the porch, kitchen, living room, and upstairs master is second to none, the walkway over the dunes is right in front of the house. Comfy beds, very clean, large dining table for games and dining. A couple of minor house issues but nothing that took away from our enjoyment of the trip. Only takes a few minutes to get to groceries, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Beaches and Cream was worth the wait. Dock Side restaurant has a great view and we enjoyed the food. 40 minute drive to Calabash (Captain Nance’s and Callahan’s Nautical Gift Shop) was worth the drive. The whole family loved the little sandbar island and the giant tide pool it creates. We also enjoyed several walks down to the inlet as the tide was going out to collect seashells. We will be back!
