Great place

This house is located just south of mile marker 68. The area was quiet. The sound views were great and you can sit in the hot tube and see some stars from the 2nd level. The screen porch above the hot tube provided good shade in the day. All the appliances worked well and the welcome box from Vacasa with dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a trash bag and a sponge was a nice bonus.

Liked the view of the sound and how close it was to the main ORV ramps we wanted to fish.

This house was good for what we needed. When we are selecting a home to rent for vacation we want something that is close to the beach. This house is about a 20 min drive to the point which is a great spot for fishing. There was a beach access within walking distance. The house was definitely dated, could use a good deep cleaning and updates. We had a few issues with the house when we got there. The repairman that came responded quickly and was able to resolved the issue within a few mins.

This house has black mould all in the 3rd floor bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling around the light fixtures and the air conditioning vents meaning it's in the duct system, the house is literally toxic to stay in,i reported all this within minutes of checking in to the management they sent someone out the next day after multiple messages and calls with the promise that if it was mould they would move us, well the maintenance man said its mould and spray painted over it and told me to wait for management to call me back, ok 3 days later no calls or messages from anyone and I checked out early, truly terrible management company and condition of the house was shocking for the price, never again.

The house was very nice. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and awesome decks. Great location close to beach and shopping and restaurants.

We are a group of 2 couples and the home was lovely for our short stay. We didn’t end up cooking anything so I can’t speak to the kitchen supplies. The living room furniture was nice, but it needs a plywood board under the cushions. We sagged almost down to the ground. The bathrooms were a nice size, as were the bedrooms. Please replace the mattresses-they were very uncomfortable. The house was very clean and the rental company provided great communication. The “boardwalk” out to the water is in very bad shape and has wood boards coming up. The foliage at the end of the walkway needs serious pruning back and there isn’t any railing. Walk out there at your own risk. On a special note, there is a handy-accessible beach access point pretty close by and that’s a wonderful amenity!!
