Stayed Jul 9, 2025Property was in a quite older neighborhood. Outside was kept up nicely the properties around the house, not so much. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. The bathtub was pretty dirty. We had a four year-old with us that takes baths and it didn’t really seem clean enough for her to do so. The walls need to be touched up with paint and kitchen needed to be cleaned a little bit better other than that the property in decent shape. The communication from the owner was great so that was nice.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Austin was very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay in this little home near Forest Park. It was convenient for our purposes and well equipped. Everything was clean and ready upon our arrival and the host provided a nice binder with extra information about the St. Louis area. We hope to stay again when we return to the area and would highly recommend this property and host.
