Neighborhood bar was fun. House was great for the three of us as we passed through St Louis.

Our trip to St. Louis was one to remember.We explored things such as the St. Louis zoo, City museum, or the Gateway Arch. Most of which was in 90 degree weather. Despite the heat nothing beat coming back to our cool refreshing vrbo. Tucked away among the community was our little home away from home. We enjoyed movie nights, cool showers, and a comfortable bed, which helped us prepare for the next day of adventure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway surround with a plethora of historical restaurants such as Gioia’s on the Hill and much more. The host was friendly and allowed for a smooth arrival and departure I will definitely be coming back.

Thank you Austin!The home was beautiful! Cozy.Aside from some trucks, possibly trash, or construction, The neighborhood was quiet on a Tuesday night. Peaceful and we felt safe. At the end of our one night stay, we had wished we had booked for another day. It was just 9 min from our concert venue, 7-8 min from Felipe’s food, coffee and beautiful architecture. Thank you for being willing to accommodate us and for your patience and communication.

Great accommodations!! Clean house with lots of thoughtful amenities. Good neighborhood for a family and dog friendly. Close by to many things to do, including the Gateway Arch which is what we came to see. The best of the entire experience was the host though. He was super communicative, very helpful, and obviously cares about our experience. A in customer service. Thank you for a lovely evening in St. Louis.

Nice and spacious

Austin's house was perfect for our stay in STL. He was very responsive and we loved his attention to details. The house was clean with plenty of space. Parking was easy on the street. The location was convenient at about 15 min from WashU (graduation) in the other side of Park Forest. We recommend it!

Perfect for what we needed!

The host was very pleasant and professional . Great accommodations, comfortable beds. . My husband being a carpenter, could see where there was maintenance needed. I think it could use a good, thorough cleaning . Otherwise, it was a convenient place to stay. It suited our needs. Thank you!

Austin was a great host. He was very accommodating, the place was very clean, and he even had a welcome booklet with St. Louis recs. Would definitely recommend.

Property was in a quite older neighborhood. Outside was kept up nicely the properties around the house, not so much. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. The bathtub was pretty dirty. We had a four year-old with us that takes baths and it didn’t really seem clean enough for her to do so. The walls need to be touched up with paint and kitchen needed to be cleaned a little bit better other than that the property in decent shape. The communication from the owner was great so that was nice.

Nice place to stay with close proximity to the sites. Everything I. The house worked great. Beds were comfortable and the location was good.

Austin was very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay in this little home near Forest Park. It was convenient for our purposes and well equipped. Everything was clean and ready upon our arrival and the host provided a nice binder with extra information about the St. Louis area. We hope to stay again when we return to the area and would highly recommend this property and host.
