Guests will have private access to the furnished home, casita, backyard and pool, along with [garage/driveway] parking. Entry to Anthem Country Club is through a staffed gate, and guest names may need to be provided before arrival. Access to Anthem Country Club golf, dining, fitness, tennis, pickleball and community pools is not included unless specifically confirmed in your reservation and may require separate fees.



Designed for comfortable stays, this single-level home offers room to gather and privacy when you need it. The main house includes three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen with granite countertops, an island and breakfast bar, plus spacious living and dining areas. A private casita provides the fourth bedroom and its own full bathroom. Outside, enjoy the remodeled pool, covered patio, wood-burning fireplace, bocce court, and putting green in a resort-style backyard.

The home is conveniently located near Anthem Way and I-17 for travel throughout the North Phoenix Valley. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are a short drive away. Drive times vary with traffic; Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Scottsdale and central Phoenix are farther south, while Cave Creek, Lake Pleasant and nearby hiking destinations are within easy reach.

Please note: We use SafeGuest to verify each guest’s identity and secure a security deposit. You will receive a link to verify upon booking. Your card will not be charged unless damage occurs, and you will be notified of any damage and associated costs before a charge is processed. Guests may alternatively choose to pay a one-time, nonrefundable damage-protection fee instead of providing a security deposit.

With a $90 per-person guest membership at the Anthem Community Center located just outside the country club, enjoy all that the Anthem community amenities offer: pools, fitness, tennis, and pickleball. Waterpark open Memorial Day- Labor Day.

For reservations on VRBO and direct bookings, a small cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled.

****One small, non-shedding, well-behaved dog allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

BBQ is propane-operated, and the host does not supply propane. If you wish to grill, you can use the tank provided, and if it is empty, get it refilled at a local gas station.

TVs are smart TVs (cable not provided). You can log on with one of your streaming services to watch your favorite programming.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.

Please note that vehicles with a company logo on them can only be parked in the driveway for 90 minutes at a time; otherwise, they must be pulled into the garage. This is per the HOA rules, and will result in fines.
