Enjoy 50 feet of private dockage, complete with water and power hookups, a fish cleaning table, and ample space for your boat. The area also features a gas grill and a charcoal grill for versatile outdoor cooking. For convenience, there is plenty of parking with space for four or more vehicles and designated boat trailer parking. Relax by the pool on the numerous lounge chairs, or gather around the picnic table and chairs for meals and socializing surrounded by the lushly landscaped backyard which provides a tropical feel to your time spent outdoors. This outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, providing everything you need for a memorable stay.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

The property is very clean and the house is well layed out. Having the boat dock for the week was the best!! Spreading the family about on 3 different floors was nice as we never felt on top of each other. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here very much! It's a beautiful house with a lot of space and we're grateful for the private pool and dock. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and off the main roads. We definitely will be staying here again!
