Explore over 2 acres of private desert landscape. The property is a natural gallery of mature Joshua Trees and rare cacti, offering unobstructed views that stretch across the valley to the mountains.

Other things to note:
Access:
Paved roads until the final 2 minutes of maintained dirt; no SUV required, a Tesla EV
Charger is provided.

Connectivity:
Reliable cell coverage, Starlink WiFi.

Privacy & Security:
Three external cameras monitor the driveway, road, and back of the house. No cameras
are located inside or facing the pool, hot tub, and sauna areas.

Fencing:
The 2-acre lot is unfenced to preserve open views. As a rural desert property, you may encounter local wildlife (coyotes, roadrunners, or the occasional bobcat, mice, rabbits, etc. )

Heating:
Hot tub heating to 102°F is complimentary. Pool heat is available for an
additional fee with 48 hours' notice, generally you won’t need pool heating between May to October.

Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees.

Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

Hot Tub/Pool:
Please avoid using the hot tub & pool immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings on Wednesdays, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the pool and hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. Use plastic glassware if you are drinking around the hot tub or pool area. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the pool / hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

Pet Fee:
Pet Fee is $100 per pet.
We welcome dogs & cats.

Photoshoots & Video:
No un-permitted commercial photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to
use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

Wedding & Special Events:
If you're interested in having a wedding or special event please let us know. There are
additional fees, contracts, etc.

Early check-in / late check-out:
Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half
days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for
the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
