My sister and I were in town for Christmas and we felt like queens in this home. It was just perfect! We would definitely stay there again!
Nice, new, clean property. Walking distance to a couple little bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Simple check in. Coffee pods, laundry detergent, hand soap provided. Only thing that caught us off guard was no bath soap or shampoo provided but I guess that’s typical for a vrbo vs a hotel? Next time we will know.
The house was great for the few days we were there. it was a good location for getting around the university.
House was perfect and spacious to enjoy time with friends and still have your own space. Exactly as described and would stay again!
Home was super nice.
Great location & very comfortable and clean.
I needed a place to stay while in town for a wedding. This rental offered extensive accommodations that exceeded my expectations. The host provided clear instructions for the place. Garage parking for my rental was a plus.
We really enjoyed staying at this clean, comfortable, modern home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with plenty of linens. Loved the two car garage and 2nd floor laundry room. We will definitely stay here again!
This was a pretty new listing when we booked, so you never know what to really expect. But this was awesome. Everything is new, clean… perfect! Big BRs, the master shower is bigger than a lot of master bathrooms! I even needed a screwdriver and flashlight for something and thought I might need to buy, but lo and behold, both were in a utility drawer. We’ll look for this place next time in Fayetteville!
The location is fantastic if you are looking to be close to Downtown Fayetteville, the house is darling, new updated. The street in front of the house is busy, but we enjoyed having coffee on the front porch anyway. My only tip, is BYO - shampoo, conditioner, body soap and two ply toilet paper!
The house is new and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. Very large walk in shower and nice dressing area. The second bedroom and bath are also very nice. The house does sit on a busy road. There are other new houses in the neighborhood but they are all very close together. You do need a small car to fit in the garage. My Honda Pilot fit fine at an ankle. You share a driveway with the neighbors. If you bring two cars not sure where you would park it. There is street parking but it is always full. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable.
Great little spot. Very clean and close to downtown. Road noise can get a little loud, but perfect for a quick weekend.
The place was very clean and very nice. We will definitely consider for next trip to Fayetteville.
This place is amazing cute clean extremely comfortable. The location is perfect!!
Location is perfect but the house itself is wonderful! Loved the way it was decorated and the overall vibe. I would definitely stay here again!!!
Our family of 4 stayed during a college visit to U of Ark. great house, very clean. My only suggestion would be to have some throw blankets downstairs. The weather was chilly during our stay and we had to use a large comforter we found in a closet upstairs. A coupe of throw blankets would cozy the place up even more.
Vaughn was very responsive when we had difficulty with the garage door. The only thing I would suggest is black out curtains for the front bedroom due to lots of light coming in the blinds from the streetlights and traffic in the neighborhood.
Very nice property. House was clean and modern. Garage was a little short, and would be hard to fit a bigger vehicle in. Was some road work going on around when we stayed, which made it tad harder get to and from. Was a short walk to Crisis Brewery. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
What a great place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to downtown and the university. Once the street construction is completed it will be perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
