3 bedrooms 2 baths, hot tub, close to U of A, great dog park, and bike trails

There was lots of room to spread out, and the beds were comfortable! However, the directions to the hot tub were too complicated to figure out, so we didn't try it. We loved how close it was to the University of Arkansas. This was our last visit to the area as our son graduated, but I would stay there again if I needed something close to UofArk.

Our stay was good. The house is a little older, but good layout. I will say that the house is in need of a good deep clean though. On the surface it was neat but a good deep clean is needed for dust and hair. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely property! The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and made preparing meals easy. The comfy living room was perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. The hot tub was great too! The location was ideal - just a short drive to the university. Our host was wonderful and responsive and provided clear instructions before our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone lookin for a comfortable place to stay. We will be back!

The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located to UArk, shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable having all that we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay while we were moving our daughter into the dorm. We had 2 vehicles loaded down with things for my daughter dorm room, one of them being a truck. It was nice to have a garage to put them in for overnight keeping. The house was clean and convenient to everything. James was super easy to communicate with and I highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a very convenient location to everything. The owners went above and beyond what other places offer. There were condiments, shampoos, and plenty of toilet paper which was a plus. The place was super clean and the best part for us was a fenced in back yard for the dog and the provided doggie bags were a plus. This home truly felt like a home away from home.

We could not have asked for a better house. It is very clean, in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of space for us to spread out after being couped up in a vehicle for 3 hours. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
